Just spent 30$ on 6 empanadas and a cup desert.. which was fine with me when it was half moon bakery because their food was A-1..(moved downtown) USED TO BE the best empanadas I’ve ever had.. I was excited to let my family try it.. BUT NOW THEY HAVE NEW OWNERS! And try to sell the same stuff! LET ME TELL YOU.. I hope I don’t get sick. :( I ate 2 empanadas and I hope they wasn’t old.. and I’m pregnant.. so I went to eat my desert cup.. LOOK AT HOW DISGUSTING MY DESERT LOOKS! Furry stuff growing on the strawberries mold and the bottom of the cup is all liquid and it’s supposed to be more of a syrup consistency.. how are they giving people food that is noticeably bad? Do they not check the dates of their food? I mean obviously not! If I seen that I wouldn’t have ordered anything! When my brother seen my desert he lost his appetite n thought his plate away. How embarrassing! Even the presentation of the food didn’t look as good as before.. plus the taste was kinda off.. I just know I won’t be going back! And I don’t recommend eating there anymore! There isn’t love coming out of that place anymore and the authenticity is gone! Explains why their was no line coming out the door. Place was a ghost town! I was literally the only customer! Sad!
