Wendy's — Restaurant in Cleveland

One of the worse customer service experiences service ever. A heavy set lady was working the register. She continues to ask a young girl if she wanted to switch to the register because she was moving very slow and she told her that's why you are backed up with orders...She watches the young lady prepare the orders, the young lady continues to mess up so she made her get on the register. People are then returning to the restaurant because they either messed their orders up or forgot to give them everything they ordered. The heavy set lady with the braids constantly yelling" Y'all need chicken and the lettuce is froze....An elderly lady comes to the register and try to order,the young lady says, "What,did we forget to give you your food" elderly lady yells no, im trying to place my order. Heavy set lady who took my order asked me what did I order,I'm like really..She then states,"Oh yeah,you had a baconator",I then tell her no I didn't, she then says "Well what did you have" I told her,she sits the bag on the counter walking away ..My fiance then tells her,"Excuse me,you forgot our drink.She says "What Kind of drink did you have"..She slams them on the counter...I ask her for ketchup and salt....She then says,"IF AIN'T NONE BEHIND YOU,WE AND GOT NONE,IF YOU WANT SOME,WAIT TO OUR TRUCK PULL-UP .Food was poorly made and packaged poorly.oThe staffed need to be demoted and...

Went to order food in the drive through when I get to the window I give the lady 21.54 my total was 21.44 she proceeds to give me back my 4 cents RED FLAG there it lets me know she couldn’t comprehend why I gave 54 which because I know the businesses have been running low on Pennies and I wanted a Dime back she then proceeds to close her cash register without giving me change from the 21.50 so I asked where’s my change from the 50 cents she turns to a lady behind her who proceeds to say what she want a Nickel while reaching in her pocket the cashier comes back to the window and hands me a Quarter and closes the window as I’m waiting for her I can hear them talking amongst each other as if I wasn’t supposed to want my change and bye I collect change due to the fact I feel like there’s becoming a shortage in coined currency once my food was ready I hear the lady who was reaching in her pocket who I now think was the MOD tell the cashier tell her have a nice day so she when she gave me my bag and said have a nice day I said tell her I will I said all that to say the customer service was trash and for me to be a black woman the interaction with the black women workers bothered me let’s be more professional and treat one another better especially when I wasn’t wrong in the encounter anyway I’m entitled to...

The chicken sandwich was raw it made my girlfriend throw up it made me sick to my stomach the lady at the window tried to charge her card twice & was rude & when we returned with the food & asked to speak to a manager & said that it was an urgent matter they told us she was to busy to talk to us & we wud hav to wait then the same lady that took the order at the drive through came & spoke to us & said she was the manager & began to explain how she don't understand how that happened & her tone was still kind of off-putting she showed no type of emotion or sympathy or anything about what happened almost like it was a joke to her I am so disappointed in this Wendy's store at 5815 St. Clair Ave Cleveland OH 44103 because we don't really eat fast food anymore but this is still one of our favorite places to eat at but I don't think we will b returning to Wendy's & if we do it won't be this one. Even though the food was way undercooked the service given the situation should hav been way better than it was I've worked in food & beverage off & on for the better part of 20 years I have never treated anyone like this nor have I ever been treated like I did not matter the staff there needs to be...
