Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Cleveland

Next time I will drive 10 minutes farther to Chik-fil-a and save 25 minutes. The Drive-Thru service was so, so, slow. I ordered right away and there were 3 cars in front of me. This was 8:45 pm, and the place was empty. The first car sat at the window for about 15 minutes (after I had ordered), so my food should have been ready by the time I made it to the window. I finally pull up and they tell me I need to pull up past the window and wait. Then I wait another 15 minutes while car after car exits from behind me. I was about to go in and ask for a refund, but they finally brought my food out. But of course they forgot my drink, but I was tired of waiting so I told her to forget the drink. It would have likely been another 15 minutes. So bottom line, don’t waste your time on this Zaxby’s, unless you have a lot of time to waste. 35 minutes to get one order of boneless wings, with only 3 customers in front of me. Very disappointed. This location is always prepared exactly like I ordered. They are consistently quick to get you taken care of. They are polite and helpful if you need to clarify your order or request something specific, etc.,

The only negative thing I have to say in regards to this location, but specifically Zaxby's brand as a whole, would be why yall get rid of the milkshakes? I have a 3yo who ALWAYS wants Zaxby's after church on Sunday and/or Wednesday, and she wants a MEELKSHEEK PWEASE?

So.... I either have to bweak her wittle heart or go to checkers after I pick up the Zaxby's on the way back home. I'd love to be able to get it all in one stop lol so if ya'll have been on the fence about bringing the milkshakes back recently, I've got a 3y/o who knows which side she is willing to push you over to...

TLDR: great food, quick service, and consistent accuracy...

I am disappointed. The last few times I’ve been to this location they have not added extra seasoning for my fries. Today I did the same order as I usually do, plus food for my parents. I asked for extra seasoning plus I chose to “go big” on my fries. This is what I was given (pictured below). The only good thing I can say is the food is good, other than the fries not being seasoned. I was also just given really small chicken tenders and less than 8 pieces of the fried white cheddar bites. Whenever I have this box from other locations, the same way I usually order it, I’m full before I can even finish it. Really disappointing.
