I can say a lot about Mattress Firm. I had one of the best purchasing experiences from them yesterday. A lot of time the comsumer feels forced or pushed to buy something that they aren't necessarily sure abot or feel pushe into it but that wasn't the case at Mattress Firm. My sales rep was Bobby and I'll be honest with you, you cannot go wrong talking with Bobby. He made me feel like family and he was above all respectful to my needs. I came in the store thinking that I knew what I wanted from another experience at another location. It hapened to be one of the more expensive mattresses but when I tried it out at the Cleveland location, I didn't like it as much. I expained to Bobby it wasn't what I wanted in the end. He pointed me in the right direction and I looked at other things. Bobby did his upmost best to show me everything at the stor which would suit my needs. He even took into consideration how I hav a back problem and needed special support. I probably tried out at least ten mattresses. I found the mattress of my dreams thanks to Bobby's help and it wasn't anything like what I thought I needed originally. It was cheaper(YAY!) than the bed I originally looked at but for my needs and my poor back it was better. Every one is so different, one mattress cannot work for everyone. Bobby just wanted to make me happy by helping me get a good nights rest. I cannot thank all the wonderful people over at Mattress Firm enough for helping me. Each and every person I've met at two different stores ha been absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable and professional, treating you like family. Above all they treat you with respect and that's something rare in these days. The employees are the rare breed though. They are just great people. They know how to treat a customer. Mattress Firm has some cool options I want to share as well just because this was one of the reasons I was inspired to buy from them. They have the protective covers in store, you don't have to chase them down online or in another store. They deliver at low cost andthey have financing, which I'll get back to in a minute. They also sell pullows and I got two. I bought a black diamond pillow from Beautyrest and slept on it last night and it was amazing. I woke up without any neck pain. It was amazing. Now I'm getting back to fianancing. You can apply for financing online and then come in the store and purchase your mattress. I think this saves a lot of time. You can get preapproved in a matter of minutes. I bought my bed during the 0% apr sale. Thats a great sale. You probably want to know as the reader whether I will go back to MAttress Firm and the answer is a resounding yes. I will also be sending my friends and family there as well because I felt taken care of and I want them to be taken care of as well. Thank you Mattress Firm!...

I want to start this review by saying that in the 24 years I have been alive I have never left a review or rating for a company so this in itself should prove how phenomenal of an experience my girlfriend and I had today. From the second we walked in we were both greeted by Amanda and Bobby who were the companies respresentatives. (I said representatives because they didn't act or treat us like a regular employee somewhere else would have.) They represented their company on a professional level by being more than knowledgeable for every question we had and both of them worked as a team to get the job done while keeping us happy the entire time. I have a rough background and had to speak about it when the credit option came up. Being an ex addict, I am more often than not, condescendingly criticized and categorized when it comes to openly speaking on it to someone i have just met. Instead of that awkward pause in the conversation, it was the exact opposite. I was empathized with and lifted up for making it through it, along with my girlfriend being praised for sticking by my side through the years. Both representatives even told us that we made their Easter Saturday. It was definitely the other way around. They treated us like family and I fully believe they did just as much for us as they would have for their own kids or parents. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend shopping there because I know that's the only two people I will ever visit...

I recently purchased a really nice mattress set (mattress and a box spring foundation) plus few super comfy pillows and a mattress protector from this Mattress Firm location. Greg, the manager, was the person who assisted me with my purchase, and he was wonderful. I explained what I was looking for, he showed me some options and then helped me to select the best option for my needs. Greg also offered me a great price on the entire purchase. About a week or two after getting my new mattress set, I was so happy with it that I went back to Greg and purchased the same mattress set (different size though) for my parents, plus the pillows and the mattress protector. There was a small manufacturer’s defect with my parents’ spring box foundation, but Greg took care of it and set up an exchange, once the replacement foundation box came in everything was perfect. It’s been about two weeks or so since my parents have been sleeping on their new mattress set and, like me, they really love it. I chose this location because they were local and had great reviews and now that I had my own experience with Greg and his team, I can honestly say I am glad I came here, and I can also attest how on point and true all those high ratings are. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that everything went smooth with the delivery; I wish other businesses treated their customers as well as these guys do.
