Five Guys — Restaurant in Cleveland

Hi. I love this place and my experience from just a few minutes ago wont change the fact that I love this food and will continue to eat here. But I did order the food to go by phone...the gentlemen who took my order didnt even think to read the order back to me. I come to pick up my order and one of my order of fries was incorrect and the gentlemen still tried to defend himself saying I only order one canjun little fries and that I was going in and out in the phone call....sir, first of all! If thats the case, then WHY did you not make sure before YOU hung up on me when I completed my order and still try to act like you were right when I was at the counter. That was rude and uncalled for. I have worked customer service for many many years and most of them as a server. So from my experience I should be the one correct in this scenario. And I was in fact correct ordering two cajun fries when they only gave me one. It was fine. I wasnt mad at the situation of the food being incorrect I just wanted it to be fixed but I was appalled that the gentleman who took my order kept trying to say what i did or didnt say on the phone when he wasnt even the employee that was helping me at the counter and talking from across the room. If you work customer service think twice before you talk. And if someone keeps cutting off on a phone call the humane and sensible thing to do is say "ma'am can you repeat that?" Or perhaps a better idea was to make sure you get everything right before hanging up and running an order.

I'm very annoyed but still happy I have my food.....but next time I'm not ordering by phone if that gentlemen is going to act like that,...

This was my first time eating at Five Guys so I wanted to check it out. I have had their fries before but never a burger so this time I just wanted to order the cheeseburger. The Cheeseburger was expensive but you get what you pay for! This was the best fast food cheeseburger I have ever had! Don’t come here expecting to eat under $6 this isn’t McDonalds. The cheeseburger was about $8 but once that bad boy came out you know where your money went. Everything is made to order and it was delish! Also this cheeseburger was double patty and double cheese so it was huge to say the least. When I come back honestly I will probably just get the junior burger which is only one patty I would assume and those are only like $6. They are famous for their fries and they are excellent. Fries start at $3 so expect to pay over $10 a person for a full meal! Presentation was on point as well I even took a photo to post but can’t find out how to post it but oh well! 5...

Love eating here! They always have food ready in a timely manner and have never made a mistake on any order. Me and my coworkers would order food from here and they always made sure to mark the bags with the order numbers so that we would be able to know exactly how to pass the food out. They made the process much easier than many other restaurants. On top of this I had several times needed extra ketchup, napkins, and salt. They helped me get the right amount every time. If we got busy and picked up late they remade the food so that it was always hot and never shorted us on fries. In all honesty they gave us more fries than we needed, but this works out well as we always have someone who is a little extra hungry. If you are looking for a burger place in cleveland do not dismiss this franchise location for five guys burgers and fries. They are one of the best places in town and will always make sure your...
