Kumo Asian Garden — Restaurant in Cleveland

Hey, Im sorry this was the second time Id tried out this place.(my mother always told me give every change twice!) So, I did and I was very disappointment and I tried to be positive about it but, it didn't (1) 1 star: just cause there's a restaurant here like this type. first the GM was rude he was worried about some tamagotchi sauce and wouldn't talk to me about his establishment his restaurant his food. (2) it was like he didn't have time of me, while I sit and wait on my food. (3) (2)star : "no" You don't have Mexicans ( that can't speak even English)..make your sushi and Asian foods that they don't know anything about what does a Mexican know about sushi now he can be a helper but it should should be someone there to be Japanese ,Korean or even I take Asian. Sorry "not" not Mexican that can't speak English. It like you went around to ask them "who even work in kitchen before? And how The ones that rolls their hands got the job." I think they tricked us all.ugh😤 That make me sad and mad. I don't think I'll go back there .

THEY ADDED MORE TIP TO OUR CARD THAN WE LEFT!!!! We love the food. We have gone here for family birthday dinners, quick take out a date nights for the past year. Yesterday, our service wasn't great. Our waitress only came to our table 3x, drink order and food order (we already knew what we wanted), bring drinks, then bring food. We didn't get checked on any at all. She didnt bring our salad or soup until after we got our main dishes. We had to hunt down our own to-go boxes and even went to the pay counter to get our ticket because she wasn't coming back. We still tipped. No as much as we normally would, but still a tip. My husband checked our Banking app today. They added an additional $10 tip to our bill without our consent or knowledge. When my husband called them regarding this she apologized and asked if we wanted a free meal next time. There won't be a next time!!! They agreed he could come in tomorrow to get the amount they "accidentally" added, but gave us the feeling that this isn't the first time it's been done or the first time they've been caught. New job assignment has me in Cleveland for a bit so I thought I would check out some local lunch spots... This place had good reviews so I set out across town for a big lunch that hopefully would eliminate the need for much of any dinner that might get in the way of Friday night beers and shots. Nice atmosphere, certainly reasonable prices so I chose a teriyaki dish with "chef's choice" 5 piece sushi appetizer to start. Presentation of the plate was nice, sushi cut well and I was ready to accept the fork it was served with as this IS Cleveland TN after all...but the dang rice man. The warm white rice that someone had tried to squeeze into a ball but had failed hit my mouth like a harbinger of sorrow or a Dr walking in with that "diagnosis isn't favorable" look on his face. It had just slightly warmed up the fish on one side so to give it a hot/cold dichotomy that just promised me the internal unhappiness I was experiencing would migrate south from my brain late this evening.
