Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Cleveland

This was the first and only Zaxby's I've ever visited. The menu selection seemed pretty good, chicken fingers are good, atmosphere is great. Fries were a little over-seasoned for my taste, and the meal did not sit well with me. The staff seemed friendly and good at their jobs, but when I said this was my first time at a Zaxby's and asked about the menu - since it looked like there was only 2 or 3 things to choose from and I wanted to know if there were more options/combinations - and the person taking the order said "I don't know I've never eaten here either" and brushed off my question. Price was a little high for what I got, and I didn't get one of the sauces I asked for. The people calling the order numbers over the speaker were very difficult - near impossible - to understand. There was a fairly large crown during my visit so I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my food. I was in town visiting a loved one in the hospital on Saturday March 23,2024 around 6 p and decided to stop by. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich that has TENDERS and the promotional 4 fried shrimp. I get to the window and I had no shrimp in my bag. When I inquired about it the rude young lady at the window said no add ons as if I hadn’t already ordered the shrimp . They also gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. I go here so often because I crave spicy food. And the wings are satisfying my need to spice for just a little while. The service is not always consistent. They either greet you with what they're supposed to say, or they don't. They are either polite at the widow, or their not. My usual order is ten traditional wings with large Fries. But usually, three or less are always ice cold when I eat them. But yesterday, I got a Wing meal (5 warm wings with fries in nuclear flavor).
