Came to this location for lunch one weekday. I ordered the sandwich and soup special. I then waited for over 30 minutes. I was checked on to find out my ticket had been lost. They gave my money back, got my food to me immediately, and treated me to desert as well. Though losing the ticket was not fun, I was impressed with the customer service in this situation. In Clifton forge for a safety inspection and stumbled on to this place. Wonderful environment very clean and the staff was on point. I got the clam chowder and turkey sandwich and my husband got the pastrami sandwich, the meal is priced reasonable and considering you get a drink with it and chips makes it a good deal.
