Their food is usually very good. But at 8:00 PM I ordered a spaghetti dinner with meat sauce and it was so dry I could not eat it the noodles were dry and when I say dry having dried to the point that they were hard and crispy, crispy don’t say anything. I realize it was late to order spaghetti but it doesn’t take 15 minutes to cook a pot of spaghetti noodles and mine was dry and hard I know they had been laid out in a pan or what have you to get that way I did not eat them they were too dry to eat I did save the pan of spaghetti called the next day. He did not want to replace it he wanted to give me 30% off another meal that would’ve cost me around $35 for one plate of spaghetti that was ridiculous I did not re-order I thought that he would replace the spaghetti because it was not my fault it was dry and hard dried out. Not sure I’ll ever eat there again spaghetti to make it home is cheap very cheap dinner. I’ll make my own spaghetti from now on. You can expect this out of fast food but not out of a cooked meal. I give Michael's ZERO stars(had to pick a star to post this but they deserve NONE, in my opinion)because I have been going there for 3 years now and have always enjoyed the food and services but on 8-2-2023 I ordered 2 salads and a cheesy bread to go and was unable to eat it, so I saved it for lunch the next day. When I took the first bite I almost pucked because it was bad. The tomatoes were rotten, the cheese was bad and the lettuce was turning brown. I called and spoke to someone about the situation and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn't call the day before. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and had horrible customer service. All I wanted was an exchange. I think anyone that pays over $10 for a salad, that is rotten, should have the right to receive an exchange or their money back.
