why am I wasting my time reviewing a fast food place? because it was that bad. pulled up to the drive-thru and asked for a combo meal and 2 x 10 piece nuggets. at the window, i paid and then received my food. the employee was fine, but i realized i wasn't asked about sauce for the nuggets so i wanted to just ask for some before i left. this is where it got weird. i only had to wait about a minute for someone to come back to the window. not being crazy, i wasn't waving or staring in awkwardly. there was another car in line behind me, so i knew they would have to be paying attention to the window. finally, a manager comes and opens the window and his first words are 'are you done??'. i am kind of surprised, but chalk it up to maybe sincerely asking me if i am finished with the transaction. i said hey i was wondering if i could have some bbq sauce for my nuggets. he answers with 'we don't have sauce'. now i am really confused, so my instinctual reaction was to ask 'oh wow really no sauce at all?'. now he tells me they just don't have barbecue and says he ordered it three times but it hasn't come in. he is visibly very annoyed, and was that way from the beginning of the interaction but now i am really starting to lose my empathy. so i just say 'okay no problem, sweet and sour or whatever is fine'. he rummages around for a minute and hands me two packs. totally not enough for 20 nuggets, but not a big deal so i just say cool thank you. as i am handing them to my wife in the passenger seat, he says something like 'thanks a lot for wasting my time'. i almost responded, but instead start to drive away as my wife is telling me that the packets are covered in what looks like syrup, and smells like old soy sauce.
i guess what i am trying to say is that as someone who worked for a long time in retail, and as someone who (like anyone) frequents retail and fast food type places, as a customer or employee, and especially management, you can't be such a fing ahle Phil. the world would be a better place if people like Phil wasn't such a little fing b*ch.

I recently visited this place with my two daughters, excited to share their first experience at Burger King. Unfortunately, it turned into an upsetting and disheartening moment for us all.
When we entered, I noticed that all the tables were dirty, but I decided to focus on ordering and approached the counter. The cashier, however, did not acknowledge us or make eye contact. We stood there for several minutes, and when I politely asked if we could order, she ignored me. After I repeated myself, she finally responded—but with shocking rudeness. Instead of offering any kind of customer service, she questioned, “Why you gotta look at me like that with your face?” And some other things that she said I can’t remember because of how shocked I was I guess I’m just not used to that level of disrespect.
I was stunned. As a mother, I felt humiliated in front of my daughters, who were witnessing such unnecessary hostility. Trying to shield them from further negativity, I explained that we needed to leave because we weren’t being treated with respect. To my disbelief, the cashier continued her rude comments as we walked away, telling me « Yeah, take your girls and leave.”
This experience left me heartbroken. My daughters were confused and upset, especially my youngest, who fell asleep hungry in the car as we had to find somewhere else to eat. I also felt deeply saddened that their first impression of dining out at Burger King was one of disrespect and bias.
I’m sharing this review in the hope that Burger King addresses such behavior immediately. No customer, especially families with young children, should ever be treated this way. Restaurants should be welcoming spaces for all, and it’s critical that employees uphold basic standards of respect and...
Read moreIt's a disgrace how long the drive thru lines are and the wait time. Today I decided to go inside. There were 2 people in line and I saw 6 staff. The young manager I believe to be no more than 22 was talking to the cashier about something personal laughing and talking. The other staff just there no one at the drive thru window just walking around talking and playing. After the young man took my order he had no change so he yells to the manager to come up to assist him . He apologizes for the wait the manger after three times of calling her she yells What! I look at her and she changes and says yes. He says he needs change she goes to the back for a while and then returns eating Reese's candy with wrapper in hand. The young man says you're eating candy that's why you took so long. I get my change and wait for my order. I ask for salt and if they have hot fries . He states no we don't have any dropped right now. I then leave and see the drive thru line is still full. Someone needs to retrain and monitor this store. This is not acceptable. Wendy's has just been put across the street and if this continues here. I'm sure they will take...
