Always check your order before leaving or accepting delivery. At best, it will be correct 50% of the time. They also DO NOT have a dedicated person for online orders. So you can be certain that your order will be lukewarm when you come to pick it up. I got to the restaurant right when my order was supposed to be ready for pickup. Instead, I got to watch my online order being made from start to finish. It was a whole chicken family meal. So the associate got my sides, then helped someone on line. Then got my corn bread, then helped get more sides for the counter. Then got my chicken, then helped the drive thru & then started on a different order without finishing mine. So another associate, the first to have acknowledged my presence at the pickup line and not the manager, finished working on my order by getting the iced tea. The manager was working the counter and didn't seem at all concerned about an online pickup waiting that long. In fact two other orders came before me and left in frustration, one of whom was a Grubhub driver. The whole process took half an hour. Which meant after my short 6 minute drive home and my air conditioner turned off, everything had to go in the microwave first. This one has a sign up on the door and a lock that is like one of the padlocks that you would go to a vacant house to tour the sign says CS in the drive-through not open inside service when you get to the drive-through the drive-through has a sign up that says drive-through close come inside to be served, and after calling to only get a busy signal seeing how their phone is never on the hook, we finally had to knock on the door for the girl to come open it and tell us that due to staff shortages they have a limited menu no turkey no meatloaf just chicken and mashed potatoes, corn or mac & cheese are the only side options and when we inquired about the signs on the window and the drive-through and where we were supposed to order since nobody ever attempted to take out order for 5 minutes, we sat there in the drive-through she rudely replied after rolling her eyes. OK well if you want to order you need to go back to the drive-through and those are your options and shut the door. Read moreHave to say, went there 9-23 for lunch, 1st mistake was placing order online. When I got the to store at 1130, pulled into drive through to pick up order. Was berated by, who I assume was the manager, who yelled through unopened window the store opens at 1230. (might want to check the hours on their website). I explained that i paid online and the charge was approved, please cancel the order then. Her answer was you won't be charged until the order was processed, okay, I'll live with that. Guess what, the charge went through. I tried calling the store to get this cleared up. Store must have been closed all day today, no one answers the phone. My second mistake was taking the word from an angry employee and third, not paying attention to the reviews over the last year seems like everyone seems to have the same issues with this location. seems like whoever responds to these reviews has a bigger issue then trying to put out a fire that the employees start, but the bigger picture is that things don't change at this store.
