I want to say as I am writing this review my blood is boiling so I'm not going to be kind.
You want to avoid this place like the dump it is, theses employees are the model of how not to run a business. We arrived and placed our order one was done online the other was done at the drive through. This location closes at 10pm today but apperntly that means 9pm you shut down service and not say anything. Placed a separate order with our online order. Payed at the window for the drive up order and we're informed "we only have 1 sandwich left we don't have bread to make 2." OK that fine I'll take it without the bread. I'm then given my 2 cups of water and the online order and sent off. Well we received the online order only went back to request a refund were we are told there is no food left. I ask for my money back for the 21$ worth of food I did not receive and was told "You were given 2 backs that means you have 2 orders." Well 2 bags was the online order that was 60$ with half empty containers and a spoon of corn. When I asked for my refund I was told I received my food and would not be given a refund because I was given 2 bags and apperntly 2 bags means 2 orders despite them admiting "we are out of food" after I placed my order. My point is I payed 22$ to receive 2 cups of water and an additude. When I requested my refund I was told I won't get it and after me exploding in anger had the window shut in my face.
This location is a horrible place with worse employees who will take orders for food that they don't have and not offer you a refund for food you don't receive. My advice you want fried chiken go to Chiken shack on Garfield Way better quality and way better service you won't be sad. As for this KFC It's best to stay far...

Went to grab dinner after a tiring day. I started our order, and the 2nd thing I ordered was a meal with the chicken extra crispy. The girl taking the order abruptly said "We don't have any extra crispy." I asked none at all? And was answered "No. Do you want original?" With attitude in the voice. No "sorry about the inconvenience" or "we will have it in X minutes," just attitude. So we canceled our order, left, and got dinner at Popeyes. If you can't keep your food ready, you shouldn't be a "fast food" restaurant.
Today I tried again around 2:00pm.
I was ordering a chicken dinner when the person taking my order I terrupted me and told me the only chicken they had was Original recipe and they didn't have much of that. I again canceled my order and told the guy that this was the 2nd time I'd gone there and they had no Crispy chicken. He again interrupted me and told me he didn't need to hear all that, if I didn't want their product I should just leave, and have a good day. I was really offended and started to ask for a manager. I was told by someone else over the speaker that the original guy who was taking my order WAS the manager! He kept commenting about me trying to tell him about them not having extra crispy chicken and him not needing to hear all that, and then just very rudely saying "have a good day! Have a good day!" so I couldn't say anything.

They SCAMMED me out of my order that I preorder and paid for off the KFC website for personal pick up!!!! so I sent my mother to pick it for our family of 8, she told them she had a online order, didn't say for who. they told her it was picked up already, my mom told them that's not possible? So they asked for the name so she gave two different ones because I ordered under my name but paid with my gma's card cause we all we're together when I placed it, but my mom went to pick it up! They told her someone picked it up already and they're not remaking nor refunding my money! I have filed a police report with Clinton township police which they said its a civil matter, and hahaha WE ALL KNOW how that goes, I have complained to the KFC website and tried to call to speak to the manager, the gm, anyone that worked there but no answer 🤬🤬🤬 my mother tried showing our confirmation number they said it wasn't there problem accused my mother of lying n trying to a get a free meal that we already paid for and didn't get.... I have been a manager of two different fast food restaurants and no matter what there is a list of things "YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO" for any kind of online orders you serve.
