There were 3 people ahead of me in the drive-thru line that had placed their order and pulled forward. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was told "one moment" and so I waited. I waited and watched all 3 cars in front of me get their food and pull away, and then another 5 minutes waiting for someone to come back on the speaker, which no one ever did. I said "excuse me" and "hello" into the speaker with no response. I honked my horn a couple of times in hopes to get someone to answer, no response. Then I called the restaurant, told them what was happening, only to be told to "hold on" and proceed to listen to the employee yelling, "Where Jennay (sp?) at? Did she put someone on hold?" I said I was in the drive-thru which she responded rudely with, "Yeah, I know! I know you're in the drive-thru!" The drive-thru speaker finally asked for my order, I gave it, then had to repeat it. She said my total and that's it...no pull forward, no anything. I didn't know if I was supposed to stop at the first window because she didn't say and there was no sign in the window stating this. I get to the 2nd window, she puts out her hand for my money, no repeat of my total, no apology, nothing. Then someone else hands me my food without a word and closes the window as fast as she can. Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. Now, I held my inner-Karen at bay and was polite to them throughout this entire process, so there was no reason for the employees to have such attitudes. This location needs some serious work on their customer service. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I love Burger King and there are plenty of other locations to choose...
Read moreMoved to Clinton Township May 2021 and due to staffing shortages nationwide, it's been tricky to know what's open and when. Not only has is this BK almost always open during regular hours, but the staff has been nothing short of AMAZING in terms of speed and kindness the few times we've visited. Two nights ago an incredibly sweet and cheerful human being took our order. Their nails were FIRE and they had braided hair past their waist. They never missed a beat. The order was perfect and the person taking the order made it feel like they WANTED to know what we needed. This world can be full of negativity but sometimes it's the little stuff that makes a big difference in a day- Especially after my partner and I had each worked 10+ hour shifts at our jobs. So if anyone reading this is on the fence, GO HERE. BK food is awesome on its own, but it's truly the people here that make it a place worth visiting. I was too shy when I visited, but if you see the person at the window just SLAYING orders with a smile on their face, TELL THEM THEY'RE DOING...
Read moreI would give this Burger King Zero stars if I could. The manager at this Burger Kings name is Liz. She does not care about the "franchise" at all. Went through the drive through for my children at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Not one car in the drivethru and I ordered my food, went to the window where the young lady took my card, charged my card then gave it back to me with no receipt, requested I "pull up" so that they could bring the food out to me. (to avoid a wait time on their part) I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with NO ONE in the restaurant to get all my food completely incorrect. Paid for a $10 sandwich that was never in the bag. And the manager has no other person that is "higher" than her to talk too. Every worker just laughs at the fact that they cant do their job and their manager Liz (if that's her name) Does not care about the business. Complete trash of a "franchise". Food incorrect, service awful, impolite, don't answer the phone. Completely avoid this BK...
