McDonald's — Restaurant in Clinton Township

I came thru Tuesday November 21st at 6:30p. The woman taking orders at the speaker literally said to me, "What you order." The lack of a question mark is correct. She didn't ask me anything. She stated it. And not even in a full sentence. As she's stating this she's using the most dead-toned voice I've ever heard.

When I ordered a medium Coke in my normal service industry peppy voice (10+ years here, I get the struggle), this girl told me my total and her tone finally had some life to it! Too bad it wasn't the nicest. Putting it mildly. I could HEAR her rolling her eyes. Apparently me being polite and peppy was too much for her to handle.

Anyways, I got to the window and they didn't have any idea what I got. Not really a big deal, apparently the girl at handout was new and there was obviously some issues going on since I waited quite a while in the drive thru for two other cars. Again, not really a big deal to me, I get it. What's prompting me to post this review is the girl at the handout planes response. The deer in the headlights/this-isn't-my-problem-what-do-I-do response from her made me certain she isn't going to tell the manger like I asked, just that she was going to close the window and say, "I dunno, she was mad." 😒🤦

Y'all can do better. This is the second time I've had a rather unpleasant experience at this McDonald's. I am 2hrs away and hardly ever at this location. Y'all definitely need...

A friend and I stopped there 9/14/12 @ 5:00. We both ordered Angus burger combos. She got hers right away and went and sat down while I waited about 10 minutes for mine. It seemed there was a problem with getting the mushrooms BUT when it finally came, the burger & mushrooms were cold AND the burger tasted OLD!! I also got cold fries. I went back and said that since they made me wait (I didn't know the condition of the burger yet) so long for the burger they needed to give me hot fries. I went and sat down and a while later they brought out hot fries. I didn't finish the burger or the fries (my friend's fries were cold too but she didn't tell them). A woman at a nearby table came over and told us how terrible this McDonalds was and it's reputation with the locals. She said she came for the play area and her husband would be upset to know she came to a place that had given them such back service over and over. She said they had waited 25 minutes for fries for their meal before while they were quickly serving those that came to the drive-thru with fries. One thing one assumes when going to a McDonalds is that the food quality and service will be uniform NO MATTER WHICH ONE YOU GO TO. This particular one was a HUGE disappointment.....not that the people that work there will care.....(and that was obvious by the way...

I went to the order yourself machine.. Got a number to have mine n my grandsons food delivered to our table.. 25 min later we r still waiting. I go to the counter to inquire about our food.. They gave ny food to someone else. One of the male workers asked cashier trinity if she delivered our food.. She shakes her head no w a big grin on her face.. Mind you, trinity continued my whole visit even before i asked about my order, to give me smeerky looks.. She just kept giving this evil grin.. Basically laughing in my face. Upon asking for a mgr.. Justin comes over as i started to tell him what happened he dont even finish listening to me, he abruptly walks away n starts going back orders looking for mine.. He gives me a smoke house burger that is sitting on the side not even under a heat lamp.. I said isnt that gonna be cold.. He says i promise you its hot.. Those are supposed to be made fresh to order.. It was cold n the worst burger i have gotten of those burgers. They r my fav.. It had a hard bun. If it wasnt for my grandson being so hungry. N only 7.. I would of demanded my money back. Justin did give us hot fries.. Nothing extra for my trouble.. Like maybe a large fry instead of a medium.. Offer cookies.. A pie.. Not even a sorry was said. So...
