Yesterday my family and I visited McDonald's for a quick stop lunch. I ordered meals for the 5 of us but then as I checked our food I saw that Apple Slices were missing from my son's happy meal. I politely spoke to the young lady at the front counter and let her know that the apple slices were missing. She proceeded to ask me for the happy meal box and I also showed her that the bottom of the box was also poorly assembled because the entire meal almost collapsed through the box. As she took the box, she went through the contents of the happy meal box with no gloves on. I looked at her rummage through the happy meal box as if she was checking extremely hard to see if I was lying about apples... ma'am it's only fries and nuggets, your digging for good in my son's food with no gloves. I mentioned it to her about not having gloves on as she touched his food and rummaged through it and I requested that his meal be remade . Rather than the employee offer me am apology and remake the meal, she argued with me during lunch time rush hour infront of customers and continued to tell me that the employees who touch the boxes don't wear gloves. I continued to have to defend myself and point out that it's one thing to touch the box and there's another thing when you are actually handling a customer's food and touching it with your bare hands and especially during the current climate that were in with COVID! She had a very bad attitude and completely ruined our experience here at McDonald's. The happy meal became a nasty meal ! The manager or who ever the man was that wore a shirt and dress slacks and tie offered no apology on her behalf nor did she. I was forced to walk away from McDonald's feeling disrespected and disgusted! Not to mention this also was done infront of my young daughter who began to become frightened by the back and forth debate. When handling food you wear gloves that's across the board when it comes to...
Read moreMy husband ate here but I didn't eat at this McDonalds: I did observe the surroundings. Yes, he enjoyed the fries and burger. Drove into the lot at peak time and for people who use the Drive through it had about 4 or 5 cars waiting for food; So a short wait. As I walked in a nice man held the door for me, thank you. Inside there was absolutely no wait. So if you are inpatient with a drive through; park and go inside to order. The parking lot on the opposite of the drive through was almost empty. I always think that going inside is way quicker. The McDonald's looked very clean. The bathroom's were also very clean. I do hope that the automated ordering has not cut too many job's. Customer service skills are learned by dealing with the customers. I know you learn more about how to handle yourself professionally from the rude or irate customers. Tech is ruining simple social skills and patience. McDonald's is a place that you can count on the food being very consistent every time. So if you like the food at McDonald's you will like this McDonald's and it was very...
Read moreI came to this McDonald's after calling ahead to confirm they had a specific happy meal toy in stock. The woman I spoke to on the phone assured me that they had it and that I could drive on over to purchase it. When I arrived I was told that I had to purchase a happy meal to get the toy, but that I would still be able to get the specific toy. My little cousin is 7 and the toy is her favorite character and she's been trying to find it for weeks. I had purchased toys alone before but had no problem purchasing the meal. When I got to the first window a woman in blue lipstick quickly caught an attitude and told me that she would not ensure I received the specific toy. I had done this numerous times in the past and never had a problem. Each McDonalds location only has one or two of each toy at a time, so it's not hard to dig through the pile to make a kids day. The woman with blue lipstick was incredibly rude and refused to help me make my cousins day. Will not...
