UPDATE: 3 days after the initial incident and 3 levels of management and the issue was finally resolved in the proper manner. Never should have got that far though.
Let me start by stating I would never take this issue social unless you did wrong by me and caused significant frustration for something that could have been handled very quickly and professionally
Friend and family of Clinton NEVER EVER order form dominoes in Clinton. They messed up our order yesterday and after now being on my 4th phone call still refusing to refund on the messed up items or the items THEY failed to deliver. Call #1 we apologize for not delivering items we will send driver back out. 15ish minutes later!.!.!.! Call #2 I don’t want the items it’s been too long just refund items not received and now the burnt pizza I found after call 1. Followed by absolute confusion. I’m asked to call back after 3pm when there’s more staff in place. Call #3 around 3:40, immediate attitude and am told I will get a stire credit for missing items and bad overcooked pizza, which I state that won’t work for me. I want those items refunded. Oh we can’t do that I’m told we can refund for the bad pizza but not the items we(dominoes) failed to deliver hmmmm interesting. I’m then told to call the next day today after 11am when the GM WILL in fact be there. Ok call #4 guess who isn’t in the building today shocker the GM. I refuse to get off the phone til I’m giving the GMs number to call. They refuse but finally the GM calls and again I explain how this all started with me making a simple request to refund what there company messed up. But now I’m so frustrated I want it all back. So now I’m waiting for the GM Amanda to call her supervisor Josh to find out what to do of which I say just have Josh call me direct. So still no remedy they still won’t refund for the missing items. This location is franchised by someone named ROB supposedly someone they seem to have no contact for. Or refuse to give me. So I informed them this will become a bigger issue then just a simple small refund. To think all I wanted was the money back for the items they missed and one item that was...
Read moreAbsolutely sketchy. Called the number on the back of the menu and placed my order with a robot first, then it got the order wrong so I requested to speak to Customer Service. A man with a heavy accent came on the phone and began to go over my order with me (it was still wrong) and then absolutely demanded that I pay over the phone because I exceeded the order limit of $50. Excuse me? Then the man began to argue with me that I could not pay in cash or at the register and continued demanding my card. He made an attempt to try to "help" by saying he'll cut a deal so the amount was under the $50 threshold but.... I have never heard of such a threshold, and I also do not understand why I couldn't just pay at the counter when I picked up the order.

Called immediately to ask them and they said its too bad they follow the 6 mushroom slices per medium pizza 8 for large and 3 for small. Absolutely will not be ordering from them again im not paying for something i can get made correctly elsewhere i dont care if it costs me more i want what i paid for.
