Sunshine Cafe — Restaurant in Clinton

I guess if your not white your not welcome here...me and my family three of us came in at around 11:30 and after waiting to be greated at door they say we can seat ourselves so we did...we sit down and an older lady comes by fixing the other tables utensils next to us and says I'll get you guys some menus without even looking at us or truly acknowledging our presence after a few mins she come back to the empty table and with menus in hand and proceeds to rearrange the utensils an walks off menus on empty table leaving me confused at this point we havnt gotten anything or offered if we would like anything....she than come back and grabs the menus and goes back to dealing with other people...as we are debating just leaving after being clearly ignored for about 20mins at this point a family of 5 walk in and get greated at door with menus a coffee pot and a warm smile they got escorted to the table next to us by the same lady and she began serving them literally ignoring us the whole time as this is happening a small family walks in and also gets greated and given menus at another table behind us all while we still havnt gotten anything frustrated I left...definitely will not be back or recommend...

Debbie was amazing, she coordinated with me to cater my baby shower and I could not be more grateful to her and her team for taking such good care of us and our guests. A few of my guests and myself have food allergies and she was more than accommodating and took extra efforts to ensure there was no cross contamination. Debbie and another staff member came and dropped off all the food, got everything set up, and came and picked everything up when we were done. She encouraged me to reach out if we ran out of food or coffee and that she'd bring over more as quickly as possible, which was pretty quick since our event was held in town. When I asked if there was a decaf coffee option she said she'd go and brew some and bring it right over, and came back quickly with tasty hot, decaf. So appreciative of the attentive service she and her team provided, top notch.

I'm so happy we worked with Sunshine Cafe for this event, truly so grateful, thank you Debbie, you were absolutely a gift in helping making our day...

From beginning to end, a wonderful experience! I called to place a take out order and the girl that I spoke with was very helpful as I had a few questions. She was friendly & patient. We truly appreciate that there are so many Gluten Free options available as we have a family member with an allergy. When I arrived to pick up our food, I was greeted with friendly smiles which was so refreshing!! It’s rare to get friendly customer service these days so I REALLY appreciated that!! As soon as we got home we dove into our food & it was perfect! Everything was there (no missing items, which happens often with other places) & our food was DELICIOUS! This may seem like a small thing but I was so excited to have fresh cut fruit as my side!! Anyway, the Sunshine Cafe is fantastic and we will absolutely be returning!! THANK YOU for all your hard...
