TERRIFIED! I called this business to order 2 subs x-everything to pick up at 6:30pm and the wait time was 1hour because the grill was cold they said. I mentioned that I was going to died hungry as a joke and she just said want or not and as I said yes she hanged up on my face. I went there personally to see if ordering there should making a difference in the time and getting there the place was totally empty and the 3 attendees seemed doing nothing or about to start my order. When I mentioned I was looking for the 2 subs one of the attendant came from the kitchen totally irritated saying that I was rude and we came from de same place and I should knew how to talk with people.I got totally confused and chocked as I heard all those accusations and my answer to that was I was not, but since she was aggressive and not even open to listening to me, I mentioned the grill should be warm already as a business.I cancelled my order and I left it to avoid all the hassle.People that works with public needs to be well controlled or trained. I am not going back and it is sad how lack of training and professionalism gets things confused to the point that she brought up “from where we came from”. Big lack of knowledge and professionalism how to deal with public and lower self steam....

Delicious authentic and not so authentic Brazilian food, a wonderful hidden gem for those mornings you want something savory or sweet. By the way, those churros are made to order and are filled with a type of sweet cream and you have the option to choose nutella or dolce de leche. Highly recommend for those who want baked goods like cheese bread, chocolate cakes, carrots cakes, sweet breads with custard and coconut flakes. Beautiful flans and chocolate bonbons. Plenty of bread rolls and loaves to pick from. They sell their own coffee too and do sell it in house. I plan on coming back to sample more of their goodies.
