I typically wouldn't consider rating a Dunkin location since it's Dunkin and you'll get some variation and some mess ups anywhere you go and you just live with it. The frequency of the mess ups here led me to this review and I've only tried repeatedly due to close proximity to work. I am typically ordering in the afternoon for context.
My success rate on a correctly made coffee is well below 50% here. I'm not talking heavily modified coffee either. This is happening on default menu items. I would also like to point out I'm not even criticizing taste or anything, simply the ability to read and follow directions. I only do mobile orders since it literally prints the directions for workers on a sticker which they have to put on your cup. It should eliminate any confusion since it has what type of coffee printed, a numbered amount of sweetener and dairy; it couldn't be more clear. I've ordered black cold brew coffee, received regular iced coffee. Ordered black cold brew with cold foam, received something so sugary looking and filled with cream it looked like melted ice cream. Ordered black cold brew with cold foam again, how about whip cream and some extra sweetener instead? I could go on.
These mistakes happening once isn't a big deal. When they occur frequently there's something else wrong here and I just don't get it. I'm done with this location and good luck to the rest of you. I'm going to stick with...
Read moreI go here every morning. EVERY morning. And it's generally a positive experience. But this morning was so horrible I'm going to give them 1 star. I used the app to order 2 coffees and some food. They give me my coffees,, don't have the food ready, ask me to pull forward. Not a problem. A guy brings out a bag, which feels light... I look inside. Missing a bagel and an egg and cheese wrap. I tell him. He's not happy with me. Takes my bag inside, comes back out and informs me that I already got that stuff. "She said she already gave it to you." I think I'd know if she did. So he keeps saying I already got it. I said "fine. Ill order it again!" I place another order on my app for the missing items. Wait in the line again, etc. At the window they have no idea what I'm talking about. But I demanded a gift card for the 2nd order, she threw $6 at me. Literally... threw it. Read moreI recently have made a significant change to my diet to address a condition and I used to have my order straight and while it was complicated I didn’t used to stumble over myself and have to ask about ingredients, whereas now I do and it gets tough sometimes. The staff there were patient and went out of their way to clarify about the milk/creamer choice when I forgot to be specific as I stumbled through the other portions of my order. It might seem like a small deal but anyone who has patience with me and pays close attention to other factors to make sure I don’t get sick, I just wanted to make sure to highlight the staff has to ensuring their customers are well taken care of.
