KFC — Restaurant in Clinton

The customer service was poor. We ordered food at the drive-thru. The man taking the order rushed us. Then they told us to pull to the front and wait for the food. My husband had to walk inside to receive the order. One of the items we ordered was fried pickles. We received 5 small pickles. The amount was not correct. Overall, the food was hot and good. The cooks did a good job of cooking the food. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the customer service by the man on the cash register. He did not have a good customer service attitude. I understand it was busy. However, I have worked for many years with the public. It is important to have a good customer service attitude. Regardless of the circumstances. Everyone likes to feel welcome. And everyone deserves good service. I normally do not participate in reviews. However, from now on I am going to leave reviews, good and bad. I think it is important to voice my opinion. To hopefully improve businesses. This is not the only place I have received this type of service. It seems like it is everywhere nowadays. And it is just sad to see the attitudes workers have. I appreciate and commend the workers that do give good service. It is few and far...

I went through the draft through the order the 10 piece of fish bucket and I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes which is fine so I'll waited 20 minutes and then I waited an extra 30 minutes and still had not seen anything on my food after 30 minutes I went inside they said well it just came up and I said OK and 10 minutes later they brought out my food and I was told they do not have no expectatoes and that they will not make mashed potatoes. So you mean to tell me for 40 minutes they could not simply go in there and make the mashed potatoes? I worked at KFC for 2 years I know it does not take not even 5 minutes to make mashed potatoes. I'm highly upset at their service. The pregnant manager was the only one doing anything.

I came in around 8:15pm. I wanted the buffet. After paying, I actually looked at it... Everything looked old and dried out. There was no chicken at all and the mashed potatoes looked like they'd been there for hours. Now the manager was really good about it. She gave me my choice of anything else. I got grilled chicken, Mac n cheese, and green beans. It was good. I ate there, so I could see if they woul do anything to the buffet... They did, they came and changed out some pans and refilled some things, except the chicken... The mashed potatoes, stayed the same.
