Krystal — Restaurant in Clinton

I went through the drive through between 3 and 345. The krystals and Krystal chicks were old and the bread was hard. I called three manager and right off she got rude with me. I took the food back too them. Asked to talk to the manager. She didn't want to replace all the food because a couple of bites were taken out of them. She told me that I had not been there in the last 2 hours because she had been there for two hours and she did not remember me coming through. She didn't even serve me, it had been somebody else. I did get rude with them but it was after they had gotten rude with me first and called me a list to my face. I told her to watch the video and it would show them that I was there just 10 to 20 minutes before . She told me that she would not talk too me cussing at them. I told her that I would not cuss her anymore but she said that she would cal the cops on me. Then shut the windows and locked them. I didn't even make any movements towards my door. I kept telling her that I would not cuss anymore but she would not talk too me anymore. I can't believe that she woiuldnt check the video at all. I mean if she would've checked the video, it would've proved her wrong. That's why ahe wouldn't check them. I would rate this krystals...

I hate to be this guy but I waited forever to get the overpriced 8 pack and a spicy chick so around 15 bucks. I’m poor and one step away from being homless. WORH that said I have to walk everywhere so I ordered mayo on my burgers and was asked also mustard. Yes please also mustard i get my food walk 30 mins home in the rain last night get home excited to eat bite into one a mayo squirts everywhere I notice no mustard I call and call and call it been busy for 6 hours. If I’m not mistaken the diaper sniper was sitting in his car not helping that’s for sure Gerald for u takes ur job then does bad at it. I’m mad I walked a hour total and my food was wrong idc if it’s a little cold I know that but to be wrong completely and can’t get ahold of anyone to but it in the book asked if I want a receipt said no the one time I need one. Crappy, just crappy. They always mess our order up. Tonight when we finally got out order, some were cold, and the warm burgers had buns that were hard as a rock, and some of the burgers were missing cheese, which we ordered on all of them. Took them back, then the manager comes out a little while later with a "fresh order" as he called it, bit into the burger, and it was pink in the middle. Needless to say, after tonight, I have washed my hands clean of this place. I've given them chance after chance and yet it gets worse and worse. Not to mention, a worker was on break outside sharpening his knife, and shaving his arm hairs, then cleaning the knife on his work shirt, which he returned from break without washing his hands. And last, one of the workers used the restroom and did not wash her hands and returned straight back into the cooking area. I wish I could give this...
