I left my job on Tuesday night to get lunch for myself and 2 other coworkers (we are front line workers). I got here at 8:10. It took someone 6 min to come to the drive thru. A young man was going outside near the drive thru window and I asked him was anyone at window. He yelled through the backdoor and told someone to answer drive thru window. She finally came on. It was 8:16 now. I placed the 1st order and she said that I could only order meals that had fries and Cole slaw because at this late at night they do not serve vegetables. I told her that I come here at minimum once a week and get our lunch and work and I have gotten vegetables. She got silent. I asked could I get baked beans. She said no, I could only get fries and Cole slaw. I was so upset. I just ordered 1 fish sandwich (because my other coworker just wanted that) and I left to go somewhere else for our other meals. Place is a great place to go fulfillment for the appetite and they got the rules posted on the wall in regards to the trash 🗑️ passing out of the window in the drive thru to not be allowed into the restaurant. One drive through employee is trying to help with the orders but sadly struggling with the basics and idk if it's a lifestyle change of medication or just behavior change but it's affected the way things are going and sadly turning away lots of potential customers in the drive thru away. I recommend you eat their breakfast times maybe early lunchtime but be ready for strangeness and longer wait for dinner orders to be fulfilled no joke.
