Andy's #5 — Restaurant in Coachella

This location sucks, Indio is way better. Just came inside and made an order for chili cheese fries, my brother ordered jalapeño poppers and churros. Food was good, my brother's order came quick, but how about my chili cheese fries you ask? After 20 minutes of hearing chili cheese fry orders for the drive through and even seeing other tables be served chili cheese fries, i went up to the order desk to ask what happened. They asked for another order from the cooks and as I was waiting up there for the food, they told me to please sit down and they would bring me the order shortly and apologized for skipping me. Sat down. 5 minutes, nothing. 5 MORE minutes.... nothing. Finally asked what happened again and they apologized and asked what the order was again. Horrible service, 0 stars. Got a refund and left. 30 minutes for nothing. My order kept being given to the drive through orders because they needed it fast....

Today I went to Andy's in Coachella... ordered the chicken tender meal.. after leaving I checked my meal .it was 2 nugget size strips and 2 small strips.. I call complained owner not in I call in a hour.. Owner said he didn't have to do anything but offered me a drink next time for free.. plus bad customer servic.. or should I say owner..he also said that was the way they were purchased I do understand he get it by weight not by piece so he should of added a few more nuggets.. So they get more profit out of a bag to give the costume smaller size even though they are not a tender but a nugget.. I did take a picture I just don't know...

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Worst service. Stopped by this place because someone told me I had to try their burgers. So disappointed I did. I could tell the girl taking my order did not want to help customers. She was so rude and obviously hates her job. She must have been upset about me asking simple questions about the order because all the associates started looking at me. One associate behind the counter, a young pudgy guy, mouthed “Bi**h” to me through the window. No joke! Never have I witnessed a business so blatantly mistreat their paying customers.
