Last July I had a bad experience at this location. Their shake machine was broken and we ordered a couple of Smokehouse Briskets with bacon, which are supposed to come with onion rings and bacon. When we got home, there were no onion rings in the sandwiches, but there were two pieces of gray soggy bacon. They also refused to honor a special coupon. I went to Arby's Facebook page and complained about the quality of the sandwiches and their not honoring Arby's advertised specials. Arby's responded and gave me a $25 gift card and told me to give them another chance. We have been to several different franchises in the Coachella Valley since, but tonight we decided to give them another chance. Went there tonight with gift card in hand. Made a large order to go, and they refused the gift card. Hard to figure, refusing a gift card from Corporate. By the way, they still don't have their shake machine working and you still don't get onion rings, even though they are advertised on the website. This is only half an Arby's restaurant, probably fake, so don't expect much. If you love Arby's stay away! Don't get...

The ice machine was jammed with ice that wouldn't come down and the Sprite I dispensed from the soda machine was contaminated with what I think was root beer because of the weird after taste. I confirmed my suspicion upon emptying the cup and noticing it was brown liquid. I must acknowledge they seemed to be extremely busy that evening but that shouldn't affect the quality of the beverage machine. Aside from that, my food was prepared in a proper manner. To be honest, I wouldn't go back to this Arby's location as it's too busy of a rest stop and I typically require a faster service during short stops while...
Read moreAfter a lengthy delay waiting for someone to come to the counter. the curly fries I ordered were fresh and good, BUT the price they charged was 70 cents more than the posted price. When asked about this, I was told that it was "the manager's job to change the posted price, but she hadn't gotten around to it". I said that was fine, but in the interim, they are legally required to honor the posted price. They were unwilling (or unable?) to do that, so apparently my choice was apparently to either cancel the order and get a refund, or pay up. I did the latter because I was hungry, but am warning other customers to check what the actual price is before ordering. Very poor...
