Joe’s Sushi The Cabo Way — Restaurant in Coachella

August 11th, When we first arrived we asked to sit at a table that had dirty cups on it, I asked if we could sit there, a girl came to pick up the cups, she didn’t wipe down the table, we waited thinking she was bringing a towel to wipe it down, instead she went and started a conversation with the sushi cooks , until my husband went over to ask for the menus we never received, and asked if the table could be wiped down. We ordered our daughters food and a Chabela, our daughters food came out, but the chabela never made it to the table, she asked if we wanted refills on our water, and I asked her how much longer for the chabela, I knew she had forgot about it, since she asked me what beer we had ordered, mind you the restaurant was not busy at all, later we get our order which was a Alexia roll, a very small portion roll than what we are used to, my husband ordered a shrimp and octopus cocktail, he did not received that, she brought him the cocktail that also had scallops, which he doesn’t like.
