Everything looked spotless, which gave me a good impression right away. Looking through the glass, the meats, cheeses, and vegetables all looked fresh, neatly arranged, and well taken care of. The two employees working at the time really stood out. I didnāt catch their names, but they were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was prepared just the way I wanted it. That kind of customer service goes a long way and made the visit even better. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stop at this Subway. The combination of a clean store, fresh food, and great service makes a big difference. There were two people in line and they still made my sandwich wrong. I ordered it with avocado so I was charged extra, I waited for them to make it, and they still forgot to put avocado. I drove home and come to find that it wasnāt in my sandwich so I called and requested a refund since 1. I had to wait for them to make it. 2. I drove home and am charged for something that I didnāt even get. Cassandra answered the phone and was rude from the start, told me what her manager said because apparently her manager wasnāt in, didnāt let me finish speaking, and hung up the phone. She had the nerve to say she didnāt make my sandwich so itās not her fault. Okay, but thereās no need to be rude. I didnāt yell, I didnāt curse at her, so why did she have to behave in that manner?...
