Taco Bell — Restaurant in Coachella

I ordered Taco Bell through Uber Eats. I ordered two Doritos Locos Combos. Upon selection (see photo) I selected crunchy taco, because I do not want any sour cream/tomatoes on my tacos or soft shell tacos. Uber drops off my order in good timing, no problems. I opened up my taco wrap and was immediately disappointed. I got regular tacos. I called Taco Bell and they said they made the order exactly how it showed on their screen and said I selected a regular beefy tacos. He did offer to replace order, but I mean, I ordered through Uber… plus I was on my 15 min break. He apologized for the inconvenience. I reviewed my order on UberEats and they immediately refunded me. (Pending, of course 7-10 business days.) This is just upsetting and needs to be fixed. Taco Bell corporate needs to look into this. Ordered via the drive thru. My wife and I typically order food from this shop 4 -5 times a month and never a problem. We purchased 5 hard shell regular tacos and 10 hot sauces. After we paid at the pickup window and when we were handed our food I ask the attendant who was not very polite if he had put in the bag the hot sauce and he said he forgot and put in none. I handed him back the bag and then put in I assumed the hot sauce and unfortunately I did not check. Arrived home which is only 1.7 miles from our home to a bag of medium sauces, cold not even warm tacos and the shells tasted stale not warm a crispy. I'm going to speak with manager tomorrow as I kept my receipt. As I said never had a bad experience...

As a local resident and traveling about on a mountain bike, I visit a lot of establishment's. Of all the Taco bells, this location is my favorite. Over any of the fast food restaurants. It's always a cool comfortable temperature. The ambient music is late 80's pop rock. Very nice. And all the staff are so polite and friendly that I always feel most welcome and comfortable. The food is always hot and prepared perfectly as one could expect. And fast! Sometimes unbelievablely fast. I rate them overall, from 1 to 10? A 15! I must include also that it's always spotlessly clean too. That includes the restroom. Top notch in every aspect. I appreciate that sincerely...
