Went to Wendy’s tonight 6/9/2023… at around 10pm. Went through the drive thru and I tried to order the Cobb salad… the lady said they are out of the Cobb salad I said okay then she said they have all of the other salads.. well I said okay and proceeded with a taco salad with no tomatoes. They lady again informed me the salads are premade and tomatoes couldn’t be taken off. I said okay that is fine.. well I noticed the taco salad comes with lettuce, tomatoes, CHILI, cheese, sour cream and chips… well we get up to the window and they young lady corrected our total (because she rung up the wrong size drink) we were fine with that. We go to the next window and are waiting as the employees are laughing and cutting up having a good time… the lady finally hands us our food and then turns around to get our drinks.. well the first drink she hands me has ice in it which I specifically asked for NO ice. She gave me a rude look and turned around and poured it out and made another drink. Well I get home and open my food… I have the “premade” salad with the lettuce, cheese and tomatoes… I also get a tube of sour cream and chips and salsa… you know what I didn’t get??? The CHILI WHICH MAKES THE TACO SALAD!!!!!! Every time we come to Wendy’s there is ALWAYS a problem whether they do not have what we want on the menu or they don’t put all of our food in the bag. I love Wendy’s but this one in Cochran is really making me not even want to eat there anymore. How hard is it to listen to the costumer, get the order right and give it to the...
Read moreThis Wendy's is a really big hit-or-miss. I was doing some work near Cochran and are Wendy's three days in a row and have three very different levels of service all with the same manager on duty. I stick to the spicy chicken sandwich or wrap, and I usually love it, however one of those days I was there I received a spicy wrap that had so many veins in the chicken. I'm talking about thick, red, disgusting veins. I couldn't even eat the two wraps I ordered. I ate about a half a wrap, tried the next one (still full of veins - probably the same chicken patty they cut into half), and I just couldn't stomach it at all. I can understand they were pumping out sandwich after sandwich and probably overlooked the veins, but I would never have served that chicken patty - it was disgusting! Is that this location's fault? Not for being full of veins, but yes for serving it. So, overall I have to say this was barely a three star for me. I had one excellent day of food but bad service, then bad food and excellent service, but then those veins... turns my stomach upside down thinking about it! Better luck next...
Read moreThe service in drive thru is somewhat slow. I was fortunate in arriving 9 minutes before the new closing time and was actually served. One of the cars behind me got the " sorry we're closed" greeting. I don't understand why Wendy's haven't changed their hours back to pre-Covid hours yet. Customers are used to drive thru being open later and still expect it to be. From my early work experience in fast food- if cars were in the line- they were served, no matter if it was closing time. Wendy's here and at 441/interstate location in Dublin both loose business by not serving cars that were sitting in line waiting to place an order when the clock struck 10pm. It doesn't matter that you may have been in line 10 minutes, at 10(and sometimes before) they refuse to take your order when there might be 4 more cars in line behind you. I feel like if you have been waiting on them to place an order- they...
