La Cabana Mexican Restaurant Express — Restaurant in Cochran

Waitress was pleasant, but there is a total disconnect with the cook. We asked our waitress several questions about the food, she said she wasn't sure. We asked her to ask the cook, she said he doesn't understand English & she doesn't speak Spanish. I ordered fettuccine alfredo with steak.It was very soupy. I asked waitress if that was how it was supposed to be, she stated that sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. I asked if they could remake. A few seconds later she told me that it can't be fixed, and I would need to get something else if I didn't like it. I asked her for a menu & told her to give me a moment. She went to help 2 other customers & finally came back- by then my spouse was done eating, so we were ready to go. We asked for our bill. No offers of discount for our trouble. Told my spouse we already got the fettuccine taken off. This place needs multilingual people working here. If they had offered ANYTHING for our dissatisfaction, I would have considered coming back. Our first bottle of salsa arrived frozen,but we ate it,then my husband requested a 2nd bottle,it came frozen with a dead fly on top of the salsa,then one of our meals arrived on a chipped/ broken plate, then when we paid our bill,no one asked how was everything or did we enjoy our meal lastly, the cashier was holding my debit card after she had swipped it talking to another employee and I finally had to ask for my card back.Will not be coming back...
