So I’ve never had this issue with Subway before any Subway I went to they always make my subs the way I ask! And not the way the worker wanna make it. So I go into Cochran subway like I always do I And I order my Philly cheesesteak the way I always do it. Any Subway I go to. I want my bread very lightly toasted. Which I get my meat cooked before my bread gets toasted because I want my meat hot! The worker go ahead and tell me that he got a setting on his oven where he can Lightly toast my bread and my meat will be hot. Ain’t no way you put my bread in the oven for four seconds and my meat is hot if I could tell you to heat my meat up first, that’s what I want you to do and not do it Makes you happy. This is not your sub. You’re not the one eating it I am! Whoever the guy was tonight that made my sub he didn’t have a bit more care in the world because he seen I was aggravated with the way he was making my sub because he did not follow my instructions. Read moreThis was the worst experience ever, in any Subway store! There were flies zipping all around the food!! The woman preparing the order was busy shooing them away, literally in front of us & I said something to her about it! The service was extremely poor. She refilled foods, veggies, etc., before even taking our order, leaving us standing there dumbfounded, swarmed by flies! As I approached the cashier there was a large dead roach on the floor. I told her about the huge roach & appalling flies, but it seemed commonplace to each of the employees! And at checkout, she made us wait while she counted cash from the register AFTER we were waiting to pay! Read moreWalked to door at 9:03pm when the store hours posted are open til 930. Door was locked and business closed. The manager confronted me and told me to contact the franchise manager. I asked for her business card. I was told I could find it on my own. Also the manager referred to me as a cracker. I cannot understand how you could employ someone or make them a manager when they are using racial slurs to customers. I promise I will seek action at the district level.
