I have had several encounters with this place where they have made customer service not a priority. Every time I've gone to the manager about issues and concerns resolution is to throw something extra food wise at me. Unacceptable behavior I believe instead of dealing with the cause of the issue and just putting Band-Aids that don't deal with the underlying situation at hand at the moment. My latest encounter was with the young lady at the counter who was taking the orders and giving the completed orders to us. This was the first time my autistic girlfriend's daughter went in to place an order and pick it up had an encounter with someone and it turned out to be a horrible situation she 17. The lady at the counter once the meal was completed she took the bag of food and forcefully put it on the counter and slid to her and took a can soda and again forcefully put it on the counter and pushed it towards her and made her feel very uncomfortable and unsafe picking up the food. All I know is when she came back to the car she tears pouring down her face she was terrified! Mind you I wasn't in the vehicle her mom was I was home. Word got back to me I I went back to the establishment and I spoke to the manager who assured me that she would take care of it and again gave me free food two chicken wings and a little bit of fries and a soda and that supposed to have made me feel better. The next day or so we were feeling like we wanted some Chinese food so we decided to try it again. Long and behold the same girl was at the counter with the same smirky attitude and it got to the point where all we ask for was an apology so that the 17-year-old autistic daughter of my girlfriend would be able to come into the store cuz she was just frightened. The manager told me that the girl was just a baby so basically don't worry about it there's nothing we can do about it. All I asked to do was apologize to you the 17-year-old autistic girl who was frightened just to come into the store yet again no she didn't want to do that instead she rolled her eyes at me and smiled with a smirk and then went into the back where no one can see her again and we decided not to eat there anymore so yeah that's how we no longer patronize...

I’ve lived in the area all of my life and I can tell you, that this is the WORST place in this area. The food quality definitely needs to be evaluated because I wouldn’t even feed an animal this food. However, that’s not the only problem. The delivery driver that they use for this place (not Grubhub or a third party app) is VERY inappropriate. I read through all of these reviews. How can a restaurant keep an employee who is a pervert?!? He was extremely racist to me several times and he was sexually harassing me and my coworkers.
