Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Maryland

I love Chick-fil-A, however this was the worst experience I have ever had at any of their restaurants. I went to this facility at 9:00 pm on 5/2/19. I went inside to order carryout. I ordered chicken strip meal - large with 2 LG chocolate shakes. Food ordering was quick, but food service and quality was not up to the usual quality. My shakes were made , food came much later, my chicken was room temperature. My observation while waiting was that there was plenty of personnel, more attention was being paid to the drive thru, mobile ordering & door dash. Leaving in store customers to wait for their food. Another customer came to the counter while I was waiting and had to ask where her part of her order was, all the while holding hot food getting cold while waiting for the balance of the order . extremely poor expediting of orders Response to Owner's request for context: Was at restaurant at approximately 9:00 pm, restaurant was very busy outside in drive thru and mobile orders. I went inside to order carryout (4 ct. chicken strips, large 2 lg. waffle fries, 2 lg shakes. Line to order had 4 people ahead of me. Placed order in a very short time. Went to stand in carryout order pickup area, 4 people ahead of me, only 1 from the original ordering line. Waited as they called names, when my name was called it was only for the milkshakes, I had to wait for the chicken & fries. There was quite a few young ladies working, I noticed that the area where the food is placed after it is cooked and package every column was full of boxes or sandwich bags. the counter had milk shakes & frosted drinks sitting along it, The employees kept glancing at the order screen, multiple times while I was standing there an employee would come out with a bag & drinks stop to pick up condiments etc, then head out the door, all the while eat in customers or inside carryout customers stood and waited. A lady that had ordered carryout right before me came up to the counter asking for her salad which had not been given to her with the rest of her order, which was hot food. They had to make her salad. This customer also said she was disappointed with the service and was going to post a negative review. When I got my total order I picked up my condiments and went to my car. My fries were hot, my chicken strips were almost cold, room temperature. This is not like Chick-fil-A, I have had spotty service before, but usually the food is always perfect!. Something was obviously wrong in the expediting of the orders. Service is good and fast. There is one thing I extremely hate about this location and it the employees being cheap on the sauce. I work around this Chic-filla and love their food. It is not the healthiest choice I make by eating here all the time but its something I love to eat.

Whenever I go there, I order around 1-2 meals for myself and my girlfriend. I always ask for at least 4-5 chic filla sauce because it is just quiet outstanding taste. This location always gives me 2-3 and always does this and it pisses me off.

I buy some much throughout a year from this location and being cheap on the sauce is just pathetic. I hate the employees so much simply they like to save the sauces and save cost.When I order my food, i clearly state the number of sauces I like, and the employee repeats it back to me. When i go back to work, I find out that the sauces are not there.

At last, I might stopping going to this chic filla and might have to go to another one. But if it is gets out of my range, I will stop going to chic filla at all.

OK so it's Chick Fil-A. You're never surprised when the line wraps around the building AND for some reason never upset about it. So in true fashion there were cars lined up on York Road waiting to enter the parking lot. What I suggest, order in the app. Yes, the line moves super quick but curbside cuts the line. I literally pulled into the parking lot ordered on my app and had the food in about 10min. The curbside pick-up spaces are next to the drive thru windows. The numbers don't mean anything, just pull into the first spot and they'll find you. I went during the lunch rush on a Friday afternoon. All the staff were out helping everyone. There was someone directing cars from York Road to the drive thru lines, people taking orders, taking payments, and passing out food. It always amazes me how Chick Fil-A is always this well oiled machine at any time of the day. Our food and condiments were all correct and I was of course greeted by name. This is a place where I don't feel the need to check my bag to make sure I have straws or napkins. My review varies because of time or location but I'll always...
