They scold & bully customers for exchanging items. I've shopped here quite often, but for the 1st time I needed to exchange some twisting hair for a different color. Which is allowed per their receipt. The woman (she looks middle aged, a black woman, often has her hair dyed blonde) said I was supposed to have two receipts when they only gave me one & then said "see how you're holding up the other customers" as if I should be ashamed for exchanging something for the 1st time ever at this store. I have never needed 2 receipts anywhere in my life. Other customers even noticed how she tried to give me a hard time & scold me for exchanging unopened items. They were appalled & so was I she even tried to embarrass me by asking if I was a VIP customer as if I need to be one to exchange for another hair color. Very unprofessional! She tried to treat me as if I was doing something wrong when I did what was allowed as many stores allow you to exchange unused, unopened products with receipt which I had smh. I'll never be back here to spend my money again, very disrespectful the other customers were visibly shocked at her behavior. It's like the moment I walked in with something to exchange I could sense her funky attitude. I guess that's supposed to discourage customers from making future exchanges, but this is my hard earned money & they lost a loyal customer this...

Trust me, i walked around the entire store looking GEL... which i found on my own while all 3 associates went back and forth about what they wanted for lunch - and how much KETCHUP they needed 🙄 i reallyyyy try my hardest NOT to come to this store & if my gym wasn’t in the same complex, i i wouldn’t even THINK to step foot here. i thought it would be just a ONE time experience, but NO. EVERY . SINGLE . TIME i come here. it’s the SAME thing. i KNOWW it’s not hard to say “ hello, how are you”? when someone walks in - i’m also pretty sure that it’s PROTCOL 🤔 i’m also sure that the cashiers are supposed to GREET customer and tell them their TOTALS - but nope . they kinda just stand there . i’m over this place .

( don’t ask To much to explain) they badly damaged my hair! I came back yet again her magical hands got my hair back to a healthy status! To the point I’m questioning is this my hair!! Listen she has skills and a master! I know people look at her and say she doesn’t look like the type that know what she doing but trust me you won’t be disappointed! My mother flew from New York to get her hair done!! Go See her the back!!
There are a lot of great product here at elegant but the best asset they have is the salon in the back... Ms. Lyssa in the back is a great professional.. She does great work I have been coming to her for the last three years. I can honestly say that my hair just keeps growing. She was the first person to do a sew in, latch braids, eyebrow waxing, and deep condition you name it she can probably do it... Don't go in expecting for her to fix someone else work.
