Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Coffeyville

On sept. 9th, went to Coffeyville, KS. Ordered 2 cherry limeades. One with extra lime. 2 hot dogs , one with mustard, onion, releish one with mustard , onion, relish and cheese one order of onion rings. They brought order. They didn’t know which one was extra lime. Told us we could shake one and see if there was 2 limes in it .. opened the hotdogs . Nothing but bun and hotdog. Called and told them. They took the order again. Took order again. When the hot dogs came. They said they wanted the first ones as the manager requested them. Gave us the new ones . But the one didn’t have cheese on it . I told them I would eat it anyway. They brought out another hotdog after I had already started eating the one. Again said I had to give them the one I was eating as the manager told them to get it.. that it was their policy.. the only thing right was onion rings. I had always gotten good service before. But I won’t be back. Order was repeated several times. No reason for...

With today's economy it's very difficult to be able to go out to eat. We went to sonic tonight for 1/2 price burgers, jalapeno poppers, nachos, and 2 Rt. 44 drinks. Arrived home and no straws and the sandwiches were definitely not made with love. I order cherry and strawberry limeades, and frequently do. Rarely do they have a lime in them as the app states they do. Now if you go to add an extra lime they sure want to charge you $0.70 for one. If you ask the car hop when they give you the drink if there is a lime in it their response is "I don't know". If you call and complain to the store it seems to go to deaf ears. Please give your customers what they are paying for in value...

ts a drive in kind of thing. but the food si great. good onion rings, and good food all together. excellent service. good prices but a little high for not having anywhere to sit besides your car. good kiddy playground area too. I went today. We were coming back from the waterfall. Pretty dry out there. Really dry. My cranberry/green apple slushy hit the spot. Our car hop was the sweetest kid. I received prompt, gracious service here. I love their variety of drinks! The food is decent and hot, but I wish there was more of a choice of things to eat. But the location is...
