KFC — Restaurant in Coffeyville

We came here from out of town and and it was horrible I got a mashed potato bowl it had very little gravy the chicken didn't even taste like chicken at all it was so fried it was literally just crunchy chunks and I always thought they put cheese on them but they didn't there my aunt's order was ridiculous she ordered a 3 piece chicken strip combo her strips were so tiny and shriveled up you could tell they were dry and burnt so she politely asked the lady if it's dry can I bring it back up she said yes please do so of course it was ridiculously dry like it could break a window hard lol so the lady had them cook fresh chicken and potato wedges bc they were cold and hard as well so it took about 10 mins she got her strips and wedges but no bisque it was still cooking and the lady dumped the white gravy to make more well the gravy was like water her food was getting cold waiting on everything so she took it back up n asked for a refund they refused said they aren't allowed so we spent about an hour there waiting for fresh food and everything the lady got rude at one point but then apologized if it wasn't for that one lady running the register Id give this place 0 starts but she had great patience and remade everything fresh she kept apologizing but their food was TERRIBLE it's a chicken place you expect the chicken to be good and it was not and it was a bit crazy waiting 15 minutes then 10 mins then 20 mins it cost almost 20$ for 2 ppl to eat 2 combo meals and it was a so disappointing we will...

As soon as we walked in, nearly slipped and fell because the floor is coated in grease. The soda machine had spilled soda everywhere and straw, wrappers and trash, literally laying everywhereI immediately looked at my parents and said we need to go. However, it was raining really hard so against our better judgment, we decided to stay. We ordered three chicken strip dinners which with nobody else waiting for food you wouldn’t think it would take 35 minutes to receive it, but that’s how long it took. One of the meals had two pieces of chicken that didn’t even have any breading on them And the biscuits were complete dough. They were not cooked Even halfway. Two of the soft drink choices were not even working.I’ve never seen such a disgusting place. They should not even be allowed to serve food. They need their doors closed if I could give this restaurant a negative number for review I would.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, Unless salmonella or some other food illnesses is up your alley. The people that work, there should be ashamed...

My wife and mother in law waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes for our food, the service was extremely slow, they missed part of our order of sides, they observed several employees going outside smoking from a green pipe that someone was supplying to them while they were waiting for the food. There weren't many people inside the store, but the drive thru was clearly getting their food instantly while they waited inside. They observed someone else who was there before them that hadn't even received their food yet. You would think at 430-5pm on a holiday weekend they would have plenty of chicken to serve. They gave us a free chocolate cake for waiting that tasted like styrofoam and was sitting out, not being chilled. Will definitely not be coming back to this store since the service was awful and the food...
