The server didn't come to us until we tracked her down. We waited and waited for silverware and didn't bring napkins but she acted like she was so busy. But we were the only ones there. They were flipping the chairs onto the tables. Instead of making sure we were taken care of. We got I glass of drinks each, no refills. Queso was good but chips tasted like they were sitting out or cold, I've eaten there before and chips were hot and crispy. The toastada was broken and messed up. Enchiladas were cold. I was disappointed in this meal. This use to be my favorite place to eat, next time I will come early in the day when management is there. Too expensive to make the mistake of going for dinner and being let down. We felt so let down we asked for a box to go, but it was so bad we threw it away. Wasted food and this means Wasted Money and a wasted evening out to eat. I had 3 enchiladas not supreme but that's what I was wanting but she never came back to find out why it was plain. Chili Rellano was cold and hard to eat. Like I said, the toastada was broken and tossed on the plate. My advice is to go early in the day. My advice for me, go to the other Mexican Restaurant on the other side of town. I hear from friends that it's a better place to eat . Sorry El Charro but you need to get more experienced cooks and waitresses or you could end up having...
Read moreI was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant today. The food was good, but the service and atmosphere were far from satisfactory. With temperatures reaching 85 degrees outside, it felt just as hot inside - making it almost impossible to enjoy a meal in such an uncomfortable environment. Furthermore, our waitress seemed unconcerned when we decided to leave without finishing our meals; she didn't even bother to ask if everything had been okay during our time there. As a local business, it is essential to recognize that service needs an overhaul in order to remain competitive. It is important to provide customers with a pleasant and efficient dining experience; otherwise, they will start going elsewhere for their meals. Investing in staff training and customer service initiatives can help ensure that customers are receiving the best possible level of service when visiting your establishment. Additionally, providing feedback opportunities can give you valuable insight into how well you are meeting customer expectations so that any necessary changes or improvements may be made quickly and efficiently. Ultimately, by investing time and resources into improving the quality of your services now, you will benefit from increased loyalty among current patrons as well as attract new diners who appreciate excellent food served with...
Read moreFive of us from work went in and ordered meals to go the young lady that took our order was great, (young blonde girl ) we all ordered basic food (Jim Nachos, Fajita Nachos and a Shrimp Nacho)only thing special that was asked for was Absolutely no beef on one of the nachos (due to allergy). The young lady that took our order went out on delivery so we ended up getting bags of food by a tall thin older Hispanic lady she literally said she didn’t know who’s was who’s but you figure it out, so just take it. When we got back to the station to eat everyone’s order was messed up and was ice cold. This was literally the worst food I have ever purchased I will never return even though some of the guys on my crew swear by it I would rather walk across the street and eat McDonalds.
Advice to owner take pride in your restaurant and fire the tall skinny Hispanic lady that just doesn’t care who gets what. If I would have eaten what she gave me because I have a severe allergy to beef we would be having a whole different conversation, thank goodness I really looked at that ice cold mess of mush in the tin pan and realized it was beef. Absolutely ridiculous. I would literally rate Taco Bell higher then this place. No body on this shift was happy...
