Heard such good things about this place so decided to try it. Walked in they said to seat yourself.. the waitress which was an older woman came by got our drink orders messed those up we asked what the specials were she said she didn't know she went to the front to look on the board where they write the specials stopped and talked to two tables came back to our table and said she couldn't remember what the special was... She didn't seem to know at all what she was doing we asked for lemons for our tea she brought it in her bare hand and stuck it in our glass which is really unhygienic so we decided to leave. come to find out she is the owner! So if the owner doesn't know what she's doing can you imagine the rest of the staff? very disappointed this place was horrible wouldn't recommend going there to anybody. I have ate sandwiches here that are the best I have had here in town. I am going to eat a slice of that awesome looking fresh homemade pie they make here but I am usually full after the sandwich 😂 and it doesn't matter which one you choose they all are very, very YUMMY 😋 as the best word to use for describing it to everyone. We’ve been very intentional about trying to support local businesses and we were traveling through town so we stopped for lunch. I was so disappointed! My fries (see picture) weren’t cooked or even warm. My BLT had rusty colored lettuce, very little bacon for the price and they didn’t add the cheese I ordered. The waitress never checked in on us to see how our food was or offer refills. The waitress was apologetic but it was too late.
