I miss the days where the postal carriers and the postal system actually worked to serve the community. As USPS has become more modernized more and more I have started having mail returned. Not because the address isn't right, not because the people don't live there, because the automatic sorter or route carrier decided there was a problem in the system somewhere that nobody can explain.
