Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cohasset

I’ve come to this location for years. Workers are usually polite here. This morning the interaction with the black man in the drive through was very disrespectful. I ordered a medium hot chocolate, sometimes this location gives terrible not properly mixed hot chocolate. When I received my hot chocolate it felt extremely light I opened it and seen it was more of a small in a medium cup and not stirred. I asked for it to be filled and the black man filled it but had his bare hands all over the lid where I put my mouth. I simply asked for an extra lid and he said I needed to go to a different location because I am asking for too much. He is disrespectful and I doubt he would say that to the typical customers at this location. He either needs to go through customer training...

I had a disappointing experience with the manger at this location today. Besides her unfriendly manner at the drive through, I had a $1 reward for an item on my app which she insisted was not correct even though I showed her the promo. I didn’t make a big deal of it and paid the full amount because I could see she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Then as she was giving me my change the dollar bills flew out the drive thru window into the pouring rain. She never apologized as she basically threw them at me and just ignored the entire situation, never even making eye contact. Poor management and...

Been coming here for years, most of thestaff. It's pretty good, but I literally just waited in for 15 minutes. There's 5 employees were standing around. Maybe 1 of 2 were taken orders atq drive through it but I watched 7 people leave that weren't back with me.
