Burger King — Restaurant in Coldwater

Use to be a regular customer haven't been here in a few weeks because of my last experience and definitely not returning. Sat in line at the speaker for over 10 minutes had people behind me driving off and honking finally I just go up to the window tell them I have a pickup order manager is extremely rude says "you tell us back at the speaker" while shouting I said "I tried to do that and said several things no one would answer me" then she says "you are too far away it's not picking you up" while still all raising her voice and rolling her eyes at me, don't know how I am too far away when I could literally touch the speaker if I wanted to. I use to come here a couple times a week before all this never had issues with it "picking up my car" before I think I know where to drive by now. I have lived n Coldwater and Branch County since 1973. Burger King of Coldwater has always met or exceeded my expectations. Some here who have reviewed have complained about cold food. There are times when you bite into a sandwhich after taking it home, that it's not as warm as it should be. But dining in, there is never an issue. Burger King kicks McDonalds of Coldwater to the curb. Service, speed of that service, consistency, and accuracy through the Drive Threw. The General Manager has been at this location for over 30 years, and knows her stuff in and out. She has also trained her management team with consistency and dedication. I think more aggressive advertising, and counter measures need to be used to take customers from MCD's and Culvers too. Culvers is very expensive. Asked simply to have my chicken sandwich spit in half on two Brioche buns as I am deathly allergic to seeds. Also asked for no tomatoes for the same reason. Got the NON SEEDED SINGLE BUN SO MY meat hung over and made a mess all over. as well as leaving the tomatoes on the sandwich I ASKED (3) times to NOT HAVE ADDED TO MY CHICKEN sandwich. Then I HAD my passenger ask for RANCH packet for her fries and she was told WE DONT NORMALLY HAVE RANCH HERE. THIRDLY we were handed our drinks they were not marked and were told I DONT KNOW WHICH IS WHICH GOOD LUCK AND LAUGHED AND SHUT THE SERVICE WINDOW IN OUR FACES.
