Culver’s — Restaurant in Coldwater

Coldwater Culver's is not the place to try. My first and only attempt was a complete disaster. They couldn't follow directions, forgot my order, left me stranded for 14 minutes while serving food to everyone around me. When they finally told me they forgot about my order and it was going to be another 5 minuets I asked for my refund.

Just before the woman told me I was forgotten I was already calling the location and on hold being transfered to a manager. As she walked away I was connected to the kitchen manager. 38 seconds into my chat with him the woman came out with my food.

It is obvious my food was not made fresh considering it was 1:38 into my 5 min cook time. I wanted my refund and now she has my undercooked or microwaved food in front of me.

I told her I wasn't going to mess with these people any more that day. I took the food, I didn't get my money. I was given a number of a regional manager. His voice mail wasn't set up and had no mention of being affiliated with Culver's or any franchise for that matter.

I threw the food away, I never got my refund, I was never contacted by a manager, I reported this to corporate via the link provided on the corporate website and I never got a return email.

As usual, everything was fantastic. The service is always spot on even when I have no idea what I want when I go. Through the drive thru is my norm and the experience for this rating I was prompted to give. On top of consistent top-tier customer service, the food was hot & delicious, as per this joint's usual, as well. It was even ready before I had pulled away from paying. Guy handing food to window girl was aware of the world around him and that showed and was appreciated. I'm not sure what happened to the neat little blue plastic oder number tents they had or why they moved to a paper sticker of sorts but I don't care either I guess. 😊 I don't even care that when I said "butter burger with cheese", the order taker heard "double burger with cheese". (My ignorance could be showing in regard to that too.... I don't know how a butter burger comes...maybe it's with 2 patties. I didn't even realize that they come plain and you tell them exactly what you want on it. Lol Forgiveness please. It was like my 6th visit ever. Last few times I have been to calvers in Coldwater I made an drive through order and I ordered a double mushroom Swiss cheese burger combo meal with extra cheese with a large fry and LG Root beer float with it..I did not get one mushroom on my double Swiss and I was given less Swiss cheese than what it normally comes with and I paid for it.. When it gets brought out there is always an issue with getting my root beer float which is why I always keep the receipt now.He told me they should of gave me one at the window didn't get it he did go back in to get it.Last time when I order the exact same thing the girl was extremely rude about it and told me I didn't order it even tho it was on the receipt she didn't want to look at and she never brought it out waiting 5 minutes another lady brought it out.I will give this place one more chance seeming it use to be great and I use to get exactly what I ordered not today or last few times..Today I made the order at 6:52:02 the cook sucks or don't know how to read what is written down to make .I am aware ppl just get hired but if I can read a receipt and I don't work in fast food ppl that do work in fast food should be able to read it to make it...
