If i could leave no star i would. I called today, febuary 13th at 7 pm to order a alfrado pasta, a pop, cinabun rolls, and a couple sides of pickles because im 8 months pregnant. I asked them to make sure they had my dessert in stock and i was treated rudly. Then i asked if they could subtitute fried chicken istead of grilled chicken because it makes me sick when i eat grilled chicken. The woman took 5 mins to ask theyre manager then when she came back i could hear her manager in the background complaining and saying rude things about me. She said she would have to charge me almost $8 for bonless chicken amd they will NOT cut it up for me or put it in the pasta. Which i was even fine with then. But when i asked if they would be altering the price on my pasta because there was no chicken in it and the lady scoffed at me and said no i would just tell them in the back not to put it in... When i asked why they would not do somthing price wise for me they said because corporate wont allowe them to, again even though its for medical reasons and its a substation and not an add on. However i just called corporate myself and the very nice lady on the phone told me there is no such rule and there is always somthing that can be done... I was treated with nothing but lies and rudness from the moment i called. I will never order from here again and i didnt even place my order today. The manager should be ashamed...
Read moreHad a rough trip a few weeks ago when doing an online carryout order. I went inside and there was already a customer waiting who gave me an unpleasant look. When the employee was done with the phone, they called me up instead of the other person. I tried to ask them if the other person had been helped, but they said said they could not hear me. I tried again, only for the employee to take their mask off for whatever reason and shout at me that they could not hear me. I tried to keep my distance and tried again to ask if they other person had been helped yet, only for her to walk back to someone else and complain to someone else that I wasn't speaking loud enough. A different employee without a mask came up and asked for my name. I provided it and also asked if the other customer had been helped. I never got an answer for that question, but they did get my order. I ended up feeling bad that I likely cut in line without intending to do so and disappointed with the service inside.

Read moreThe food was served in a timely manner, and was good. My problem was our server. She sat us down, brought us menus, took order for Drinks. When she brought us our drinks she took our food order. Food came. Guess what? No plates, no silverware. So I went up and got it myself. Starting eating food. It's all good until we run out of drinks! Mind you she did not check on us at all. Until she was ready to bring us a bill. Then we had to tell her we wanted boxes for leftovers. (After waiting about 20 minutes) nothing to drink, just sitting here. She took 3 other peoples orders, delivered 2, (one again without silver ware). I dont like to complain much about servers because they usually work hard. She on the other hand was not sociable at all. She did not take any interests in making sure her customers were satisfied until we were to leave. I did leave her some tips on what could be done to make her job easier and possibly earn...
