Entered inside this store to pick up an order the other day, unfortunately, your workers have no consideration for people on the go. I do not have time to come in and make a complaint in any decent time; I would still love to point out the disservice to my family so maybe we can learn something together. We had to eat somewhere else after stopping at this location. Our food was absolutely manhandled. I tried making it clear that these subs were for my kids (because you'd think people would put some effort into it for the kiddos and not give them torn up subs that looked more like salads!) Your joking if you honestly think a 10 year old is going to eat a sandwich thats practically marinated in mayo and falling apart. Guess we aren't thinking 🤷♂️, I truly dont like to be overdramtic, too, but that is heavily disappointing to even think that someone would be able to sleep at night doing that to a child's meal. I arrived after the arrival time & they hadn’t started my sandwich. The young ladies working today at noon were very rude. I ordered online because I was limited on time to take that sandwich to my daughter at school. When I tried to explain this to one young lady she rolled her eyes and said “well we got busy if you can’t see that”. Since when is that acceptable customer service? That’s WHY I ordered online 3 hours prior. (Planned ahead because this order was TIME SENSITIVE). Left & got fast food for my daughter’s school event and I was late because of this delay. My daughter thought I wasn’t showing up because I was late due to this. Do better please. Read moreI usually go to this subway a lot buttttt I went into this particular Subway restaurant and they started my order. About a 1/4 the way through my order they stopped and told me I’d have to wait for an online order. One of my subs had already been toasted. The others were about 1/4 of the way through and I had to wait, for some door dasher to get his. I wouldn’t have minded at all but they had already started my food.
