This is another location Of Dunkin Donuts I Like that is within The Colesville Shopping Center In Silver Spring , Maryland Off of New Hampshire Avenue . This place has Huge Parking area for customers to come near the Dunkin Donuts . As You walk In You come to the Customer Service Counter but sometimes You have to wait in Line to have your orders taken .It has a somewhat good sized Lobby areas to eat and drink at . It has drinks from Coffees to Iced Coffees , to sodas In a small refrigerator and orange Juices too . It had doughnuts of all selections that are Your favorites and They have Breakfast sandwiches and so much more . They have a Good Crew and Management . They have a family atmosphere too . But I signed on for cahier there and I Hope they will choose me one day to work with them as a Cashier . Its One of My strengths I Love doing and Interacting with customers ; Make Them Feel Welcomed , At Home , And Make them feel Like family there By Integrating them into the history and Traditions of the store to make them keep coming back . Plus If You all are Long time patrons Please come and support this place , I Understand That The Covid Pandemic Dida Number on all of us and made us all do things we aren't proud of and I know we can be better again . I frequent this Dunkin quite often. They always have my pumpkin cold brew and most of the time make it to perfection. The young lady in the evening gets it right all the Time and she is very very kind . I even gifted her for Christmas to show my appreciation. Today I was very disappointed and bothered when i asked for less ice( as I usually do) and they filled my cup with ice. The manager told me they can’t give less ice for that particular drink……. Excuse me. “Not for that drink” We went back n forth about “why not?” I particularly don’t like my drinks super cold. Nor do I want to pay for only a cUp of ice to get less of the drink. She said they couldn’t alter the drink. I’m not asking to alter I’m asking to give me less of something. The bottom line is this. You have a disgruntled, loyal customer over ice. Is it worth upsetting a loyal customer over ice and not have a good reason as to why. Online it gives the option to choose “less ice” sooooo why not give the customer the option in the store or tell me that when I placed the order and have it on my receipt. I have gotten this drink on 3 occasions, with less ice and this is the 1st time I got it when the manager was there. I’m sure she told the lady making it not to give less ice. She was not very pleasant in her delivery to me either. I just ended the convo and left the store. I came home took most of the ice out and it’s literally a 1/3 of the drink in the medium cup. How can you make someone have something in their drink that they don’t want. I asked for the policy on it and she showed me the measurement cup. Smh. Today is my birthday. I am so grateful for the Dunkin’ staff member who helped us this evening around 7:30. It was bitterly cold outside, and she was the only one on duty. With friendly warmth and time-efficiency, she greeted us and got our 7-item order.

Then, my child decided to re-organize the varied items in our bag even though that wasn’t needed, and he accidentally knocked my cup of coffee over. The staff member helped us, was very reassuring to my son and me, and although it was our responsibility to clean up, sent us on our way with friendliness and a replaced coffee. My son, who usually does not comment on service, remarked in the car “that lady is so nice.” I couldn’t agree more. We share our gratitude to her and for a lovely...
