A friend and I (not area natives) followed a DELICIOUS scent wafting our way from down the street to find this wonderful place! The customer service is AMAZING. We walked in 10min to closing and asked if it was too late to order while also saying if so, we wouldn't be upset in any way. Well, they went above and beyond by still making us both meals to go! The price was a little more than I expected until I saw the AWESOMELY HUGE portions! We both got the garlic noodles with beef and broccoli. You'd think they would over serve the broccoli/noodles but if anything, I would have loved a bit more broccoli (i just reallyike broccoli). Absolutely amazing food we ordered the rare steak beef pho with a side of steamed veggies and it was to die for. The broth alone has so much flavor it made my mouth water and my sense explode with happiness. The service was beyond amazing as well, never had to ask for anything and they brought lots of water to wash down the food. Was so good and the atmosphere was so cute I’d come back for the sitting aesthetic over other pho restaurants. They had fresh flowers at every table, it was clean, lots of solid wood table and furniture, open spacious windows for people watching and an awesome location to boot. Great new place to grab dinner in Colfax! Portions are quite large so you get your money's worth. Their menu contains a variety of dishes to try. I haven't tried too many dishes yet, but I definitely recommend their fried rice! And most dishes have vegetarian substitutes like tofu, too, so that's a major bonus! Staff is always friendly when we order take-out. This place sees it's share of patrons come evening time, so wait times for picking up take-out might be a bit longer than expected.
