Taco Bell — Restaurant in Colfax

We went to Taco Bell the other night for dinner and it was terrible!! The drive-thru employees were very nice and polite but when it came to our food order I was very disappointed to say the least. Number 1- ALL of the food we ordered was cold, stale, and poorly made. Number 2- We were given 4 incorrect items out of the 8 that we ordered! And lastly, all of the items that had chicken in them tasted horrible, as though it was expired or not stored right?? We couldn't even eat the food that had the chicken in it, it was that bad. And my son ended up getting a bad stomach ache later that night and vomited twice!! I believe it was because of the chicken!! I have been to this Taco Bell over a dozen times and my order has always been great and I never had any complaints, not sure what was going on this time but I almost don't want to ever go back because of what happened?? I don’t normally write reviews like this but I don’t want other people to get sick. I got the worst food poisoning of my life from this location. I ordered a steak power bowl and a sprite, the lettuce tasted off leaving an almost metallic taste in my mouth and there was something crunchy (like bone or something) in my steak. I spit it out but had no idea what it was. I stopped eating there but 5 and 1/2 hours later after eating the meal I became violently sick. As a restaurant manager, I would never come back to this location. I did call them to let them know the situation and they just completely brushed me off and tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible. Ordered agead on the app to save time. That was a joke. Usually, ordering on the app is easy and fast, but not at this Taco Bell. After arriving, we waited forty-five minutes to get our food. The restaurant was a mess, trash all over the floor in the kitchen, and the tables were dirty. Only one of the staff members seemed to care. He gave us our drink cups and said our order would be up soon, but it took forty-five minutes. We watched multiple people pull up to the drive-thru order food and get their orders before they made ours. All of their attention was on the drive-thru and not the customers in the store.
