WGT WINGS — Restaurant in College Park

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I've called a couple times to speak to the manager and keep getting told no one is there. I have ordered 3 times from this place. The food is usually delicious, however I won't be returning. First, no matter how long I wait until after I order, the food is never ready, but no one is ever there. The last time I came, the cook wasn't even there. I saw him walk in well after my order said it should have been ready, so I had to wait. This time, not only was my food late (I was on my lunch break so time is of the essence), but I had to substitute Mac and cheese with some obvious box mashed potatoes. They were not good. Second, I came last month and said "oh, your health grade is not up". I was told it would get put up later as it "fell". I came the next week to order for my whole department. Grade still not up. This is the third time I've come (a month after my last visit) and their health score is still not visible. Even when the food is decent, if the service is weak that'll kill it every time. This 2nd visit was surely my last. Took 49 mins to get eggs, fish and grits and I was the only customer there. For that entire time, employees bad mouth the owner as I sat waiting. The cashier was eating and licking her fingers when my food finally came up. Today I ordered 2 omelets on DoorDash & received 2 calls back to back The first one stating that my order was already picked up , and the second one stating that the cook doesn’t know how to make an omelet and asked if I would like to substitute.
