We have been reported to corporate office numerous of times about this place. The best pizza we ever had was in Hapeville however they were out of business. This place should be out of business! This explains why they keep getting new managers and employees every 3 months to try to improve from all the mess this place made. My previous complaint was made on March 22nd and heard nothing about following up my complaint and I kept calling corporate office every week to make a report that I haven't heard from this place. Happened last week on May 2nd I went and picked up my order there was a black chubby lady who were very rude and gave me an attitude. She "threw" a pizza towards me and walked towards to the cashier/window without looking at me. When I got home that day and I called to speak with a manager about this lady and it was her on the phone saying she was a manager and her name was "Najaa" which I knew it was not her real name then I called corporate office to make another complaint about "Najaa"'s behavior and how she treated a customer with hate. So I decided to stop by today and met with a different manager and she was so sweet person and I questioned her about "Najaa" and found out that "Najaa" was a General Manager and my mind was blown and I told this sweet lady it was impossible that "Najaa" was a General Manager of how she treated customers like that. "Najaa" does not deserve to be a manager, not even a shift manager either! I am going to call corporate office tomorrow to follow up more information about "Najaa". Now this whole thing makes sense that she never call customers to follow up...
Read moreI don’t even post reviews , but I’m so frustrated in restaurants tht dnt want to do their job but want our money , I placed a order at 7:30 pm got to restaurant at 8:15pm order wasn’t ready , manager said she thought someone made which I’m confused because I had a big order like $80 bucks, had to wait 25 mins just to get my order and they still forgot my cheese sticks . Got cheese sticks another 15 mins later , mine you manager didn’t apologize or even offer me a complimentary drink for my wait , she put my cheese sticks on the counter and walked off , like my order they screwed up was my fault. When I finally got home with my order cheese sticks wasn’t cut and was still white and doughy on the bottom as well as both of my pizzas was half cooked half the pizza been still white and no sauce on like half the pizza and my Cinnabon only had icing on half the mini rolls and the other half was cover to much muc with icing , called back to store just to be told I need to call back on Monday for Gm , so they got my money and I’m hungry , I’m so tired of these places in our community who hire ppl with bad attitude and do the bare minimum if that , I got to sit and wait while they bs around listening to loud profound music and be in the back playing around with no concern of the customer time , or respect and being subjected to inappropriate work decorum and customer service , dnt know who owns this establishment, but it’s obviously to see their not concern with the customers by the employees they hire and the environment and service they provide to “...
Read moreNEVER AGAIN!! DON'T STRESS YOURSELF OUT WITH THE INCOMPETENCE AND DISREGARD. Tried ordering online and the system kept kicking it back. So, I called the number for the store. Spoke to a guy named Ryan with an accent. He sounded completely disinterested in taking my order and that should have been it for me. BUT...... .I went with it because I know sometimes a person can be having a difficult day. Went to pick up my order 30 minuted later and I give the person my name and number and they said they did NOT have an order for me. When I said I called, they said their phones don't work and she didn't even know the number (signs of complete incompetence). No apology, no let's start making your order now, just.........we don't have an order for you. I leave the store because at that point I'm disgusted with how the store has now handled the situation. Call the phone number again and the same person answers and I say I just spoke with him and the store doesn't have my order, and he disconnects the call before I even finish speaking. Called another store in Union City because I wanted pizza! Apparently Pizza Hut forwards their calls to a customer service line, which is bs. I speak with (Vic) and he has my order in the system and tells me to hold on. He returned to the line three times apologizing and telling me to please hold on. Was on and off hold for almost 10 minutes. Hung up. Won't do it again....
