I had nothing but bad experiences here in years past, but I bumped into one of the bartenders while out and about and she insisted I give it another shot.
I'm glad I did.
It's often very crowded, but they keep up with it quite well.
The food is Tex Mex and pretty good at that. Drinks are reasonably priced and there isn't a terrible wait, even when the crowd is overwhelming.
I am a big fan of the slow times as you get a chance to talk to the friendly staff or just hang out with friends and get blitzed on a Monday.

He was not willing to resolve the problem and told me that I “should not be going out if I can’t pay an extra $15” (I was overcharged $20). He also implied that I might have been overly intoxicated and not properly remembered what I ordered. Mind you, I only had one drink.
