RUDE STAFF.
My boyfriend and I came to this location to order a late snack and while ordering at the speaker, the woman talking seemed fairly new and my boyfriend tried to speak as clear as possible. We get up to the window to pay and when handing his debit card over, my boyfriend asked the lady (pictured) if the drinks were on there correctly and just wanted to confirm that our order had been taken correctly. My oh my was this a bad decision. The woman tells him only one drink was on the order so he asked to add a large Powerade. The woman proceeded to DROP her hand (debit card in her possession at this time), roll her eyes and looks back at the screen for a minute then opens the window back and asks my boyfriend if she can just give him a medium Powerade instead bc she’d have to give it for free because she can’t “add on at the window”. My boyfriend replied appalled and NICELY saying we ordered a large and didn’t really see why or an issue with just giving the large or adding it on bc he had no issue with paying for it. She then gets an attitude and tells us “y’all customers are really trying me and I’ve only been here 12 days. The girl at the speaker? It’s her fifth day so” and we replied that we understood but what did that have to do with just wanting to make sure our order was correct??? This woman was absolutely disrespectful AND NOTHING ABOUT OUR ORDER WAS CORRECT WHEN WE GOT HOME. Seeing that there’s reviews only a month ago about the staff here shows something needs to change!!!! DO BETTER. Being kind truly isn’t that hard. If you don’t want to be up late working at McDonald’s, find a different job! My boyfriend may have been in the drivers seat but if were me, I would’ve gotten my debit card back and drove off. Never coming to this McDonald’s again. There’s plenty of others...
Read moreI visited this location on the above date for lunch. I placed my order at the drive thru and proceeded through the line. When I arrived at the first window, the station was empty and the register was not on. I waited in line, assuming I would pay at the second window. As the vehicle in front of me moved forward I did also. As I drove forward I heard 3-4 loud hits to the driver's side of my vehicle. I immediately looked in the mirror, thinking I might have hit someone. To my dismay, a McDonald's Associate was leaning out of the drive-thru window, hitting the side of my vehicle. I can only assume she was trying to get me to stop and pay. In shock from what happened, I got to the first window and asked to speak with the manager. A female employee, who only identified herself as "Jan" came to the window. I told her what had happened, and as I was speaking, the associate who hit my vehicle with her hand appeared, took of her headset and began to get involved in the conversation in a disrespectful manner. I informed "Jan" I was done speaking with her and would advise the corporate office of what had happened. Jan seemed indifferent and unconcerned about what happened. Avoid...
Read moreRude staff. I went through drive through to order some ice cream. I sat at the kiosk for several minutes without a response. I eventually decided to pull forward thinking that perhaps the machine was broken, however right after I started to move forward the voice through the kiosk offered to take my order. I couldn't backup to order at the kiosk because of the cars behind me, so I decided to continue pulling forward to order at the window. I didn't think it would be a big deal since I was just going to get 1 or 2 small items and people add/change orders at the menu all of the time. When I got to the window, the cashier refused to take my order, even though I was literally right there and explained the situation. Manager was very rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Literally wanted me to circle around the building and wait in line again for another 20 minutes for no reason. Completely stupid and a totally arbitrary waste of my time. Pretty sure there are even signs saying that "customers with disabilities should order at...
